전체 평가 및 리뷰 INTER Plaza Mayor - Auto Check-in

My Card didn’t worked after like 4 hours and the machine was not able to fix the card so I was stuck out of my room until a cleaning lady came back.

Checkin terrible y no fui la única, habían otras 5 familias con el mismo problema, en la habitación nunca nos dieron el control del clima, se metieron a mi habitación y revisaron mis pertenencias. Se escucha un ruido terrible de todas las habitaciones. Lo único rescatable es la ubicación, del resto todo mal, no lo recomiendo

Solicitamos quarto com duas camas de solteiro e recebemos acomodação com cama de casal e devido a lotação do lugar não foi possível corrigir o inconveniente. Nossa acomodação não contava com ar condicionado funcionando como referido no anúncio.

Hotel is at excellent location, but the check in process is very BAD. Guests have to help each other to check in. First, no one is there, when you arrive, many tourists did not get the code to open the door, many people have to wait outside waiting for someone to open the building door. Hostel has to know that many tourits do not have cell phone service in Spain since many of us do not live there. They should have someone there to prevent this kind of situations. Or the door ring should be connected to the administrator phone in case of help.

Unfortunately the room smells bad. People smoke so bad😮‍💨

No staff onsite, did auto check in and the choice for scanning was not available even though it was listed. Super convenient and a bunch of dining options nearby.

While very simple I appreciated the price and convenience of the location. It was also very clean.

Simplemente con decir que a la llegada no encontraban mi reserva y que me alojaron en una habitación para una persona siendo un matrimonio, sobra todo lo demás

only good thing was the location. tv didn’t work. we didn’t have hot water for the two nights we stayed there. our room smelled so bad. there were little ants in our shower (not the biggest of issues). the soap dispenser in our shower was out for our entire stay. you weren’t allowed to eat or drink anything in the room. there were “quiet hours” every night starting at 11pm. we had to go 5 flights of stairs to our room. our room door wasn’t locking. would stay here again if every other hotel was booked.

El Chek-in a la entrada a sido un poco complicado y la calefacción no funciona en mi habitación, pero por lo demás todo muy bien, habitación y cuarto baño limpio.

La localización lo mejor.Centrico para moverse a pie

The reservation code at the self-check-in did not show the reservation and no one was there to help you, and the hot water for bathing does not work well. The only good thing is that it has an excellent location.

El servicio de la administración es muy ineficiente.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ausgewogen. Typisches 2-Sterne Hostal in Madrid. Zentrale Lage, sehr gut mit S-Bahn aus allen Richtungen zu erreichen. Checkin am Automaten. Seife und Duschgel waren vorhanden (Zi. 317). Fenster zu einem kleinen Innenhof (in Madrid-Zentrum nicht unüblich). Klimaanlage und Heizung vorhanden.

Room was a little smelly but price and location was worth it

The check-in system does not work! Every day we saw crowds trying to check-in and completely bewildered (whether they spoke Spanish or English).

Good walking distance to everything. We would upscale the experience for a little more expensive place next time.
