The hotel made an excellent first impression. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, especially with arranging parking for our car. Everyone at the front desk was smiling and genuinely pleasant to deal with. The room was clean, and the sea view was beautiful and completely unobstructed. Unfortunately, the experience deteriorated significantly afterwards. The room temperature was around 30°C, essentially the same as outside. When we raised the issue, a receptionist informed us that Italian law prohibited the use of air conditioning, which was simply not true. As the room was too hot to stay in comfortably, we decided to move to another hotel and willingly paid for our reservation despite leaving early. What was most disappointing was that the same friendly and welcoming attitude we experienced upon arrival suddenly changed. The interaction became defensive and even somewhat aggressive once we informed the hotel of our decision. This was unnecessary and left a very negative final impression. A real shame, because with honest communication and a professional response, this could have been a much more positive review.

La camera con vista diretta sul mare a pochi passi si fa perdonare l'insonorizzazione scarsa dalle stanze adiacenti (telefonate e tv dei vicini fastidiose). Personale generalmente cordiale. Ci ritornerei.

Værelset var fint og personalet var søde. Morgenmaden kunne godt være bedre og livet på stedet. Der var en bar men ingen personale og ellers ret tomt.

I stayed there for two nights. I am a regular visitor at Bordighera. There are two nice hotels and Parigi is one of them. It is a typical Italian 4 star hotel. You get access to the beach. There are many restaurants around.

The hotel itself is a charming old building but the rooms are like with great AC and bathroom and furnishings and drapery
