Alles gut! Nur eine Nacht.

Die Pan cake Maschine zum Frühstück ist super. Ausreichende und gute Auswahl runden das Frühstück ab. Das Team der Rezeption hat im Vorfeld bei einer Überraschung im Zimmer sich sehr freundlich und kompetent gezeigt. Es hat alles super geklappt.

There was no heat in the rooms. No one at the front desk even after calling multiple times. I came downstairs and they said the manager would be in at 8am, that was no true. The manager does not come to work on Sunday. There was no WiFi, no one informed me prior to my arrival. The restaurant menu didn’t have anything available except for pizza. The tablet to communicate in the room did not work either. I will not be returning.

Dss Best Western ist gut und hat alles was man braucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist toll und reichlich Auswahl. Wir waren auf dem Betze zum Fußball da liegt rs ja optimal Rundum waren wir zufrieden und das Preisleistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt

Rooms need to be updated. The photos on the website make the rooms look nicer than they are. Common areas like lobby and lounge are nice and updated. Parking area is small and not enough parking for guests

Very clean, very quiet. Just used as a way point but would stay there again when passing through.

Ich bin schon direkt an der Rezeption super freundlich empfangen worden, was sich in der Bar und beim Frühstück fortsetzte. Ein bisschen lockerer Smalltalk war auch mit dabei. Das Zimmer / Bad war sehr sauber, das Bett sehr bequem. Der Weg in die Sauna ein bisschen weit, lohnt sich aber auf jeden Fall. Ich habe mich bei dem Aufenthalt im BW rundum wohl gefühlt.Gerne wieder.

Nettes Personal

Mid-budget hotel. Nice bar and breakfast assortment. Rooms (singles) are disappointing — poor lighting, no USB outlets !

I was very disappointed that I didn’t get a room with AC. I stayed in the hotel for four days. Total a fan wasn’t available until the last night.. I also found a bug crawling in the bed that I killed then I found another one crawling by my head when I woke up the next morning on the bed. Tick or bed bug. They need to move the beds and vacuum under the beds and clean the carpet. They also need to clean the bathrooms thoroughly. If you want a room with AC you need to book directly with Best Western. If you go through hotels.com you will not get the AC or a refrigerator.. and they cannot change your room to a room with AC or with a refrigerator.
