Amazing property! Incredible experience.

Beautiful memorable experience.

The grounds are magnificent! The studio was charming and beds were comfortable. Everywhere were water fountains making it so relaxing. we were there for 3 days and it wasn’t enough. Would highly recommend!

We liked the friendly attention of the Conde and the outstanding place

Localização fantástica, instalações muito bem cuidadas e limpas, excelente conforto tendo em conta a história do local, e serviço afável e diligente. A piscina e a vista foram as cerejas em cima do bolo. Não poderia ter sido melhor!

A propriedade é impecavelmente bem cuidada pelo Sr. Francisco Calheiros. Trata-se de uma quinta secular próxima a belíssima cidade de Ponte de Lima, sendo um excelente local para apreciar a gastronomia local e descansar. Vale a visita!

Le principal inconvénient de cet hôtel est que les chambres ne sont pas climatisées, et la piscine excentré. Hôtel original dans une grande et belle demeure, mais pas assez moderne au niveau du confort.

What a wonderful place to have stayed if only for one night. Our host(s) were friendly informative and welcoming and both the standard of accommodation and food excellent with fantastic views of the valley.

Très bel endroit , château et site magnifiques, mais .....si certaines chambres ont fenêtres et belle vue , d'autres doivent se contenter d'1 porte fenêtre , voir d'1 vasistas (sous les toits),il semble que le fait d'être dans 1 château ou à côté, doive suffire au client ,qualité du service et de la chambre sont superflus !!!! De plus les plus belles chambres semblent être réservées aux groupes , les autres clients étant relégués dans les appartement à côté du château ou dans les chambres moins belles . Belle piscine

Superb stay. The house has been restored beautifully, the gardens are a delight and the views are wonderful. We were particularly pleased with the service - the very gracious Count of Calheiros (whose family has owned the property for generations) joined us for breakfast and gave us an enthusiastic and informative tour. It's not the place to come if you want mod-cons (e.g. the beds are on the firm side and there are no televisions in the rooms) but it is utterly charming and we would definitely return.
