The uniqueness of the building - it’s a lovely grand building/hotel love staying here been many times

Easy check in, very clean rooms, breakfast was nice, would stay here again

Cet hôtel est plein de charme et bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal sur le port de Brindisi, à proximité immédiate des principaux monuments historiques et en plein cœur de la ville. Les espaces communs comme les chambres sont particulièrement spacieux, ce qui devient rare de nos jours. C’est le genre d’établissement que l’on ne construit plus vraiment, mais qu’il est toujours un véritable plaisir de fréquenter. Quant au personnel, il a fait preuve d’un professionnalisme exemplaire tout en étant d’une grande amabilité. Je ne peux que recommander chaleureusement cet établissement

The hotel was centrally located and great for walking to nearby shops and sights. There were restaurants right outside the door. The most difficult part was choosing which one we wanted to try. It was also very close to the airport, which is one of the main reasons we chose to stay there. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

The room was nicely remodeled but the bathroom was very old. The shower was useless.

Tremendous staff, very well located property. Much like other hotels in Italy might not be on par with international standards.

Camera pulita seppur datata, personale molto professionale. Avevo richiesto il parcheggio ma non mi è stato confermato ed all’arrivo non era disponibile. Colazione abbondante ma da rivedere in molti aspetti.

At the night, we found the air conditioner was not working in a hot season and the staff in no good manner said that they doesn’t have solution until next’s day. We asked for a room change and as well the answer was not appropriate. The hotel is beautiful, but the night staff not.

Great location, but you may be stepping on spongy floorboards, and the temperature is controlled by one big unit. The old chandeliers in the dining room are amazing but you have to ask them to turn them on for a thrill. Breakfast buffet lackluster, but what do you want? It's cheap by today's standards.

Beautiful location and elegant lobby. Rooms have old fashioned Italian style interior, and make your stay a time to remember. Pitty that the absolute stunning Lobby bar was full-time closed.

Dirty old rooms, clearly photo-shopped. This hotel was so disapointing, The pictures look great, the reality isnt. Stains and broken wooden floor. There was dripping water from a panel in te ceiling. Bathroom was full of stains. The tolet kept running water after flushing. The info says they have a restaurant for dinner, they dont. Breakfast was plundert at 9 and not refilled. Such a shame

The entrance to the hotel and the lobby area are elegant in an older style and very well maintained. We were greeted by Sarah at the front desk and she was just wonderful. The rooms were spacious and very clean, but they were also very tired. They needed some paint some tile work and a little bit of love. They have an old HVAC system that only allowed the heat to be on in the entire building. We were there in late April and it got warm, made it a bit uncomfortable, however the view overlooking the harbor with an open window solved that problem. It was a great value and it was priced appropriately according to the items I referenced. Overall, because of its location and the staff, I would stay there again without hesitation. once again, thank you, Sarah.
