저는 이 호텔에 4일 3박 동안 묵었습니다. 처음 체크인할 때 카운터에서 직원 메이 씨가 매우 친절하고 인내심 있게 모든 것을 자세히 설명해 주셨습니다. 제가 일본어를 못해서 질문을 많이 했는데, 메이 씨는 영어로도 친절하게 답변해 주셨습니다. 정말 감사하고 인내심 있게 제 모든 질문에 답해 주셔서 좋았습니다. 다만 침대와 베개가 너무 부드러워서 제 취향이 아니었습니다. 저는 딱딱한 베개를 선호합니다. 그리고 화장실이 너무 좁아서 덩치가 큰 사람은 불편할 것 같습니다.

로비에서 보이는 전망이 아름답습니다. 마치 크루즈선에 있는 것 같은 느낌입니다. 아침과 저녁 식사에 좋은 음식이 제공됩니다. 유일한 불만은 화장실이 너무 작다는 것입니다.

I had a great experience there. The staff are friendly even though they are not fluent in English (so limited). I booked the tatami room. The room and the hotel are so traditional. The room is clean and very simple. Please expect small space in the bathroom. But the bedroom is spacious. There is also living room in the bedroom that make the space bigger than usual hotel. In the hotel, there 23 hr onsen (1hour at midnight for cleaning). The onsen is clean and provided with all necessary toiletries. Even the comb is saniteralized. I took the onsen twice during my stay. Morning and Night. Morning has less people than night. And recommended for those who haven't tried onsen or sauna before, please use the outdoor one, otherwise you will feel so hot. The hotel also provide free dinner and I recommend you to take the free breakfast as well. Around the hotel, there is not much stores or restaurants and the distance is quite far from one to another.
