The Condado Vanderbilt hands down is the best hotel on Condado Beach. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and the location is perfect! I loved this hotel!!

The Condado Vanderbilt was such a lovely destination for a quiet getaway. As we approached the hotel, it stood out as elegant and welcoming. We were immediately greeted and provided with cocktails as we checked in. We decided to take advantage of the amenities during our visit and they didn’t disappoint! The pool and beach areas are well manned and maintained appropriately. The infinity pool provides a beautiful view of the ocean with quick access to the wonderful in house Ola restaurant. While all the staff at the Vanderbilt were quite lovely, one stood out. Calvin (Antonio) accompanied us inside of the Ola restaurant on different occasions and he was such a pleasure. He provided us with a warm environment and great vibes/conversations. His added touch made for a memorable 33rd birthday dinner and we are very grateful. Overall, we would recommend any of our friends to stay at Vanderbilt and hope to come back soon ourselves!

We stayed at this property when visiting Puerto Rico last week. Beautiful hotel/resort. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and helpful. The views from every angle were gorgeous and I loved the infinity pool. Our room was perfect and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything about our stay was amazing! Clean and attentive staff. Morgan really made our stay even more enjoyable. While poolside Morgan set up chairs for us multiple times, even stated he was here to spoil us. You can tell Morgan truly cares about the service he provides to hotel customers.

Beautiful property. Central to the area. A few hiccups with checking in late and not being contacted by the butler when I upgraded to a room with butler service. However, the staff was accommodating and gave a room credit for the inconvenience. Food was excellent. Overall, an amazing experience.

It was very noisy, music from the neighboring hotel played all night

No one cleaned our room or made our bed even after calling down multiple times, very upsetting

The service was impeccable from concierge to the wait staff to the pool staff. Daily housekeeping way great! The hotel is in a great location to visit attractions, for dining, and picking up some necessities. We only tried Tacos and Tequila and Ola for onsite dining, but both were excellent! We had a wonderful stay and plan to return in the future!

Great property! All the staff I encountered were very friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal for transportation pick ups and drop offs with a lot to do within walking distance. It was walkable and felt safe even in the evenings. I would recommend and return!

Best Hotel. The personnel was so friendly. The inside of the room is very inviting. They keep stocking a variety of snacks everytime they came to clean my room. So many places to choose to eat close by. I have a fantastic time.

This property is fantastic! The area is quiet and there are options for dining and some shopping; totally walkable. Beautiful building which I believe is historic and relatively far from other crowded beaches although there is not a good access to swim on its own beach it is very rocky. The service is impeccable. Highly recommended.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Incorrect Charges I stayed at Condado Vanderbilt from June 25–30 with my daughter. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room, remove trash, or replace towels for 3 days, even after multiple requests and a complaint to the manager. Staff said they were short-staffed, yet the hotel kept checking in new guests. At checkout, I was wrongly charged $360 for alcohol I never ordered. I don’t drink, and never visited the bar. After disputing it, I was refunded, but the experience was stressful and unacceptable. Not the luxury experience we expected. Would not return.

Very clean hotel

The property itself was in a nice location. Was able to walk around but the room itself was questionable. Mattress was full of stains and room service never went inside my room. Facility was clean but that’s all.
