사라예보 중심가에 자리잡고 있는 레지던스 호텔로 음식을 해먹을수 있는 집기가 아주 깔끔하게 잘 비치되어있다. 친절한 직원, 깔끔한 청소상태 ..모두 만족스러운 호텔이었다

Wooden bridge, Latin bridge 인근 지역이어서 구시가 접근 용이

구시가지에 위치하고 있어 관광지를 도보로 둘러볼 수 있습니다. 객실도 깔끔하며 이용하는데 불편함이 없었습니다. 아파트형이라 편합니다.

Excellent, friendly staff. Room was roomy with kitchen & sitting area. Self-service laundry in the basement. Very child friendly.

Helt okej boende. Men vissa små detaljer när det kommer till städning gör att det tappar. Dessutom så fungerade inte AC så det var väldigt väldigt varm i rummet och enda sättet att kunna göra det svalare var att ha öppet fönster, vilket som var mindre bra då det är mycket trafik utanför.

We had a fantastic stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Sarajevo! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone we encountered was so warm, friendly, and full of energy—whether we were heading out for the day or returning from exploring the city, we were always greeted with a smile. Their kindness really made our stay feel extra special. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short walk across the bridge and you’re right in the heart of the old city, Baščaršija. We also had a rental car, so the underground parking was a huge bonus. It was pretty unique too—accessed via a car lift, which was a fun little feature! We booked a studio room, and it was perfect for our family of three. The space was clean, modern, and very comfortable. It had a small kitchenette that looked brand new, which we didn’t use, but it was nice to have the option. The bathroom amenities were also high-quality and added a touch of luxury. Breakfast was great, with a good variety of buffet options that were regularly replenished—no worries about missing out, even if we came down a bit later. Overall, we were really impressed. Great service, ideal location, clean and spacious rooms, and excellent value for money. A big thank you to all the amazing staff for making our stay so memorable—we’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sarajevo!

Great place to stay in Sarajevo. Well located for everything by foot. Lots of food and drinks options nearby in the Old Town. The hotel is quiet and well kept and the staff are superb - so helpful and friendly.

Staff were rude accused me of not paying for water. Shower cubicle flooding In 4 days not once my bedding was changed Room wasn’t swept all week

Konumu çok güzel, heryere yürüme mesafesinde, temizlik konusu genel olarak iyi ama yatakların altı aşırı tozlu ve yatak başlıkları soyulmuş bu hoş bir görüntün degil. Kahvaltısında da herşey hazır ısıtılıp veriyorlar kahvaltı benim için hayal kırıklığı oldu

10日間ほどの滞在でしたが、非常に快適に過ごすことができました。中心部へも徒歩圏内で、近隣にスーパーや食事処などもあるため生活に不便を感じることはなかったです。スタッフの方も皆とてもフレンドリーで柔軟に対応していただけました。また機会があれば滞在したいと思います。

I stayed at the residence inn by Marriott in Sarajevo on my five day trip to the beautiful country of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Amina.and she kindly took my bag and advised me to come back at three as the room wasn't ready as yet. Amina was very professional and kind. During my stay I also spoke to Riyadh, Janina and Salena who were also very good and professional. The hotel was very comfortable. The room was spacious and had everything you needed to make your stay great. Also they had Hot drinks and tea bags on tap downstairs. Buffet breakfast with a good variety to start your day off the right way. There is a lovely little Masjid (Came) a minutes walk from the hotel were I prayed frequently. An awesome bakery nearby and not far from the old town. The only negative point was the sauna was put of use which was quite a damper as that was the reason I actually booked the Marriott. Nice people, good hotel, if I ever visit Sarejvo again I would happily stay at the Marriott again.
