우선 리셉션에 주인이 상주하고잇지않아서 바로 만날수가 없었던게 아쉬웠다. 그리고 이틀묵는데 휴지를 너무 적게 비치해두어서 불편햇고 드라이기를 요청하는걸 깜박하여 그것또한 불편햇다

친절한 직원, 깨끗한 숙소, 좋은전망, 완벽한 위치 다음에 또 여행한다면 여기서 자고싶어요!!!! 주방시설완벽합니다. 복층에 올라서 침대에 누워서 보이는 하늘이 너무 예뻐요. 전망으로 보이는 대성당 야경도 좋아요. 어디든 걸어서 가기에 위치도 좋습니다. 완전 추천해요:)

very clean and nice staff. Some buskers play music until 11 which can be bothering if you want a queit place and the creaky sound from the very upper foor when they walk around in the middle of night may wake you up.

Excellent location right in the center of everything. It was clean and comfortable and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I visit again.

The apartment was conveniently located, and was furnished well— we especially appreciated the coffeemaker and tea kettle, and the complimentary port was a nice touch. The balcony view of the rooftops was pretty, and it was nice to open the doors and sit outside to enjoy the experience. It would be helpful if a luggage rack was also provided, but the closet hanging and shelf space was ample.

Place was great, street noise was audible but that’s what happens when you stay in a main street with so much shopping and eating drinking venues nearby! The place was clean and communication was fantastic even with locking ourselves out of our room!

Great location right in the heart of Porto. Really works as a base to see the city.

This is an amazing location!!! You are in the heart of Porto! Plenty restaurants and activities. I got a room in the back, so it was quiet. The only cons is that the walls are very thin, so you can hear your neighbors noises. However, for me it worth it to stay close to everything

We had a nice stay. Helder was extremely. We did not receive our luggage and he tried to assist. He was very kind and helpful. Great hotel in excellent location.

I had a lovely stay at Flores 36. The location is amazing as you are in the middle of a gorgeous laneway with many cafes and restaurants. Just a short 5 minute walk to the riverfront and the Luis Bridge. Just 5 minutes from Sao Bento station. The room itself was very comfortable, although there were no drawers to put any clothes, only a hanging rack. The complimentary carafe of port wine was lovely. The bathroom is small but functional. I would recommend staying here.

It gets a poor rating for three reasons. 1) Poor access for car transportation. 2) Noisy building- floor squeaks, thin walls, refrigerator, window rattles with wind, etc. 3) Faulty fire alarm went off twice at night. Staff were inaccessible and unresponsive to this issue. Everything else... great!

Maravilloso

Very good location. We stayed two nights and walkable to everywhere. The self check in instructions should send out one day before arriving. We left the previous hotel early in the morning and heading to Porto. We had to stop in other places and arrived this hotel around 7 in the evening. My phone doesn’t have data. Lucky the bus we took had a wifi. So saw the self check in instructions on the bus. If bus doesn’t have WiFi, then we would not know when we got there.

Nice helpful welcome experience, but did not see anyone at the desk again for 2 days until the day I left. Still, nice room, great location, and I would stay here again. Decent price.
