현대식 료칸호텔로 시설 좋고 깨끗하고 넓어서 가족여행에 좋습니다. 어메니티도 로비에 다양하게 쟐 구비되어 있고 온천 대욕장도 매우 넓고 좋습니다. 바다전망 객실에서보는 뷰는 최고 입니다. 다음에 또 방문할 기회가 있으면 좋겠습니다.

子供の頃家族に連れられてきた銀水さん…昔を思い出しての弾丸旅でしたがとても満足できる滞在ができました。 チェックイン時、フロントスタッフの方に「遠いお部屋になりますが…」と気に掛けていただきましたが、9階の食事会場に近いお部屋だったので高齢の母は移動が楽で助かると喜んでいました☺️ また、お食事はビュッフェ形式にもかかわらず時間の制限がなかった点が大変うれしかったです！（補充待ちをしているうちに時間切れ…なんて経験が多かったので） お料理の種類も多く、全品制覇は難易度高め？母と「連泊して、前日に食べれなかったお料理を2日目に食べようか？」と早くも次回の作戦を立てました。 スタッフの方も皆さん親切で滞在中はとても心穏やかに過ごすことができました。 設備については使用できる時間が限られており、ほとんど利用できなかったので次回は早い時間にチェックインをしてのんびり過ごさせていただこうと思います。 はしゃぎすぎてせっかくの美味しいお料理もラウンジからの景色も撮ってこなかったのが残念…

４月の春休みに子供2人を連れて泊まりました。ご飯は美味しいし、アメニティもそろってる。接客も丁寧でとても思い出に残るホテルでした。ただ卓球など遊ぶ場所が薄暗く汚い感じで残念でした。

Spa was fantastic. Views are incredible. Staff was super helpful and spoke enough English for us to communicate. Would like to see the carpets in the main areas cleaned, there were stains that were off putting. Seemed like there were more things to do but were closed during my visit such as the indoor pool and karaoke rooms.

Super nice onsen with beautiful view. The hotel is big with many activities and is an adventure to just stay inside!

スタッフの対応はとても丁寧で親しみやすい方々でした。夕日を見ながらのウェルカムドリンク，お菓子とおつまみ良かったです。売店で同じおつまみがあったのでお土産に買いました。客室は清潔で広く景色もよくとても満足でした。朝夕とも口コミどおりで品数もたくさんあり，温かいものは温かくいただける感じでどれも美味しかったです。次回は子供達家族も連れて宿泊します。

ご飯が最高で、アルコールまで飲み放題！ また、行きたいです。

Worried about erosion leading down to the ocean, but other then that staying this location was the best part of my trip. The staff was friendly and the food was amazing!!

雨だったからかホテルはカビ臭い匂いがしました。 でもウエルカムビールがあったりアメニティが充実していてよかったです。 夜、朝の食事はどれも美味しかったです。 今度は天気のいい日に行ってみたいです。

ホテルからの眺望は抜群に良いです。堂ヶ島のトンボロまでは徒歩圏内。客室はもちろん、レストランやラウンジ、浴場など、すべてがオーシャンビュー。展望ラウンジは自由に利用できるうえに生ビールが無料で提供されているのが素晴らしい(15時-17時)。部屋着で食事ができるのも有難い。西伊豆ではお勧めのホテル。

静かでよかったです 食事ですが、もう少しデザートが欲しかったです(フルーツ等)

夕食バイキングは品数はそれほど多くないものの どの料理も美味しくいただけました。 本日のおすすめにマグロのカマ焼きサイコーでした。

Beautiful view from our room. The most comfortable Japanese style room we’ve stayed in thus far. The facilities were a bit outdated and food was ok. A lot of places around the hotel were closed, likely because it is off season.

El hotel necesita una modernización; pero los baños son increíbles y la ubicación excepcional.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is beautiful, overlooking the ocean and a rocky cove with clear water. The onsen was clean, with nice amenities and the same gorgeous views. The breakfast and dinner buffets were wonderful, and the futons were fluffy. Murayama San at the front desk was very kind and helpful. We would love to visit again!

This hotel is a resort for families. It was pretty crowded when we were there. The facilities were outdated compared to the other places we stayed in Japan. The service was solid and the onsen were nice.
