I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciated the excellent service.

The room was simply amazing. It is like staying in a cozy private villa. And the breakfast, what can you say. Just try it. It was one of my best so far.

This hotel is very beautiful and comfortable, but the price is a bit too expensive.

We stayed at The Temple House for 2 nights (unfortunately) in a Studio 60 room. I say unfortunately as Chengdu is an amazing city that we would have loved to have spent more time at and The Temple House is such a great accommodation space we would have loved to have spent more time there too. Right down to the architectural design of The Temple House, to the accommodation, to the staff, it was just wonderful. We also ate at their Michelin Star vegetarian restaurant, Mi Xun Teahouse, twice as it was so good. If we go back for another to China we will definitely add Chengdu and The Temple House to our itinerary.

一切都很好，唯獨需要外賣的服務不是很好，需要自己下樓通過露天的走道到門口外賣櫃領取，感覺不是很好，不方便！

Best location and service provided. Well designed traditional look hotel with great facilities. Hotel staff are good in service and very attentive. Got upgraded to apartment style hotel room with full cooking n washer dryer facilities.

They pay attention to everything in the Hotel, so well organsied, every time there, I allready plan to come again. Thanks to all member of the Staff!!!

地点好，饭店餐好吃，非常适合家庭旅行或商旅

先生家在成都, 回去探兩位已逾90齡的公婆。考慮到住家怕影響到老人休息，故選擇住酒店。貴酒店位置及環境早有聽聞，今次目睹及享用的确可以給個贊。在進入房門第1時間明白為何貴酒店取名舍，言下之意給客人家的感覺，酒店的硬件設施做到了, 很舒適，軟件上多少有些遺憾。在走廊見到的服務生很熱情，但前台接待員雖略顯生冷。前台可以說是入店的第一印象，個人認為很重要。本人90高齡的婆婆隨車陪我們入住，在我們辦理完手續後，婆婆童心未泯，準備隨行上房參觀，其實我們到步已近晚餐時間，故也就是上房片刻即離開, 前台見到婆婆隨行，要求婆婆出示證件給予登記，但老人一路隨車並未携帶證件出來，故此出現了不愉快的場面。首先，出聲的服務員應該是領班，語氣生硬，聲稱是公安要求，且並不關疫情事，是一直以來貴店的管理要求。面對90高齡人的態度，有失中國文化的傳統，沒有尊重可言，我一再強調只上去一會即下來, 並非留宿，如是疫情要求我們配合，但服務員堅持表示如留宿不只登記那麼簡單, 需要另行付費，有關管理規定長期一直這樣要求，並非特殊時期所訂。可笑的是，如為疫情可以理解，郤單單是由於公安要求，經常出行自知加床當然要另行付費，服務員無需就客人每一句話都給回覆，摆明知道客人有些話不過是牢骚罢了，句句話回應不能解決問題之餘，為客人平添火氣。之後兩天我們由停車場或花園門口出入，任何人自由出，並不存在嚴格執行隨行人員上房必須登記的可能性，前台所說的制度是否被有效地執行了呢?僅僅就因為婆婆在前台同我們一起登記入住，被看到了才這樣被要求。由其他地方出入完全不存在被人要求登記。我想說，制度是冰冷的，是應該被訂定，但執行制度的人是應該有頭腦、有感情的，不是嗎?3千一晚的酒店不是300一晚的旅館，很怕客人佔到便宜。怎樣符合舍這個家的理念，我想不是用錢建築起來的房間就可以做到的。前台服務員的工作作風沒毛病，很守店規，只是懂得更會去處理予盾，相信貴店可以實現家的理念了。在成都停留6晚，因為此點不快，第3晚搬走了。遺憾留下了。

We got upgraded to a suite for our anniversary celebration. The room cleanliness, hotel facilities and staff service are excellent. Hotel location is perfect with lots of local food and restaurants in proximity. The DaiZi temple is in 3-minute walk. We would definitely choose the Temple House again when we come back to Chengdu next time.
