The staff spoke limited English. The receptionist asked us to pay 1,000CNY for deposit, however, when we check out the staff attempted to return only 10CNY as I couldn't remember where I put my receipt. I felt really disappointed as I did not like people to cheat on me. Nobody will only put 10CNY as hotel deposit. Do not believe in the shuttle service to Disneyland. The shuttle did not pick us up without any notice in the Disneyland and we had to take the taxi back to the hotel. Very tiring. Overall stay was okay.
