조식은 전체적으로 무난했어요! 대신 크로와상이 정말 맛있었어요!! 조용하고 테라스에서 보는 뷰도 나름 마음에 들었어요. 직원들도 전체적으로 친절하고 요청했을 때 빠르게 처리해줘서 좋았습니다. 중정이 있어서 여름에 왔으면 정말 좋았을 것 같아요. 다만 로만바스는 물도 차고 락스냄새가 너무 많이 나서 굳이 이용하지 않아도 되요. 사우나는 나쁘지 않았지만 좁아서 다른 팀이 오면 서로 눈치보느라 나오게 되더라구요. 굳이 서비스를 이용하기 위해 수영복 챙겨가지 않아도 되요! 위치는 정말 좋아요!! 후문으로 나가면 렐루서점 갈때도 더 편하구요

When we checked in, the girl in the front office gave a room, which is located far from the front desk and we must bring our luggage for a long time, and near which costruction is being carried. My wife was very upset because there are lots of cavant rooms and she gave us a really bad room. She said that it seems to be a kind of duscrimination. After my fierce claim, the manager lady gave me amother room. However, we are so disappointed with their attitude and practice. Although the manager lady tried to make us happy later, that kind of thing should not have occurred.

시내접근성면에서 최고입니다. 시설도 깔끔하고 룸컨디션도 좋았습니다. 스파도 있었는데 이용을 못해서 아쉽네요. 길치라서 숙소가 약간 미로같긴했지만 조식먹는 곳도 유럽풍이어서 좋았습니다. 주차장이 없어서 유료 시내주차장을 이용했습니다~

Friendly, helpful staff and great big room

Outstanding hotel and hugely helpful (and patient) staff. Great breakfast as well.

O quarto é grande, confortável. O banheiro que precisa de melhorias, muito pequeno, sem espaço para acomodar itens de higiene no box, teto do banheiro todo infiltrado de mofo. Outro inconveniente é a localização, o hotel só é acessível a pé pois está numa rua de pedestres. Tivemos que estacionar o carro e ir levando as malas até lá, mas isso para uma família com malas e duas crianças se torna um transtorno.

Its a good place, would be great during the warmer months to fully enjoy the rooftop.

Loved this property! Close to everything we needed and the sights. The front desk did an excellent job of orienting us to the area and helping us with questions. I highly recommend it!

As a family of 4 we stayed in a suite and it was so convenient and spacious. The front desk was super helpful about providing advice, directions, reservations. The location is fantastic — you can walk everywhere easily and the pedestrian street where the hotel is located is a blast and an attraction in and of itself. Be aware that taxis/cars can not drive up to the property directly so you’ll need to walk a block or 2 with your baggage to reach the front desk.

Fuimos en familia en verano. Menos mal viajábamos con carry on los 4 en la familia. El taxi no pudo acceder a la calle directamente donde estaba el hotel. Colapsado. El personal súper amable, incluso nos ofrecieron un upgrade a una Villa que no encantó. El lugar es precioso. Sin embargo, nos decepcionó el baño. Baldosas rotas y tope desgastado. Suelo fijarme mucho en el baño de los sitios donde nos alojamos. Que sea limpio y se sienta limpio. En este caso, creo que no estaba acorde con el resto. Por lo demás , súper bien ubicado para conocer y caminar. En nuestra Villa no había ruidos que molestaran. Dormimos súper bien. Fue un descanso en medio del caos veraniego de esta hermosa ciudad.

Fine location along a popular, touristy street, though vehicle access is restricted so navigating pickup points becomes an issue. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Quiet room, pleasant rooftop garden, many restaurants and bars all around.

Una propiedad bellísima, una combinación entre estilos clásicos y modernos. Personal sumamente amable. Está en la calle más concurrida de Porto

駅から近く食事も観光にも便利な所にあり、室内も清潔でした。ただ、隣室の子どもが騒ぐ声や上の部屋の足音などが喧しく聞こえたので落ち着かなかった。(建物が古く木造なので)

Central, but can be noisy Area is a bit dirty

The property itself was great, location is close to transport, shops and tourist spots. The room lighting switch system is a bit confusing but works fine. The main let down was the welcome from the check-in staff. They seemed very defensive and were whispering to each other when checking in our family’s details. There was a child missing from our booking but I was happy to pay this, perhaps this made them defensive. However, unfortunately the poor service continued and we only found one member of the four staff were helpful during the stay.
