We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sarajevo. Its prime location just a short drive to the airport made catching an early flight incredibly convenient. The hotel room was exceptional—spacious, modern, and featured a lovely balcony where we could relax and enjoy the views. The overall experience was comfortable and hassle-free, thanks to the excellent amenities and friendly staff.

The room very old and no look for bathtub and breakfast is very bad no options but the reception team very helpful very nice

Hotel has one of the best breakfast offers. They offer lunch and breakfast foods with great choices of Bosnian and International foods. Hotel has great parking space and its quick walk from popular Vrelo Bosne park. This hotel has a whole city inside the hotel, and its great spot for staycation.

Stort hotell på gott och ont. Det finns mycket att göra på hotellet och stort serviceutbud, men det blir svårt att hålla hög standard över hela utbudet när det är så stort. Men det som vi hade svårast för är att man röker inomhus i navet för hotellet (baren under glaskupolen), där rök sprider sig till alla delar av hotellet. Det känns inte rent.

Hotel is a bit off the beaten path, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Don't rely too much in GPS or Google Maps, but th y will bring you close to the hotel and it is visible from afar. Staff is good and IMHO, the best part if the stay. Hotel itself has seen better days. Sky Bar, which was supposed to be on floor 11 was a horror show - pitch dark corridors with things on the floor. They also hosted some event in one of their ballrooms. It was incredibly noisy and it lasted until dawn, preventing me and my wife from having a good night's sleep. One good point goes to the breakfast buffet. Food was excellent and diverse. If you never visited Turkey this is as close as it gets in terms of good - meaning, it was tasty, diverse and plentiful. Overall, it isn't a bad place to stay but noise was a bit too much for us.

Excellent stay, right across rhe airport. Walking distance to restaurant anf shops.

Nice hotel but rooms can be better. We did not have any problem. I can suggest.

Lovely hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Staff were friendly not much English was spoken. Spa was good. Steam rooms were nice. Kettle and mini bar and hair dryer. Air con was hot! Had to leave the door open as it was hot. I would go again.

Stained sheets and pillowcases, hair in corners and on the sink. Loud noisy facility. Icky Gross. We had a 2 night stay, checked out and left early the next morning.

5 Sterne Hotel, aber der Thermalbereich ist nicht mit österreichischem Hygienestandards zu vergleichen.

Hotellet är inte fem stjärnor, rummen däremot är det, stora fina rum med bekväma sängar och ljudisolerade fönster. Lobby restaurangen är sliten med söndriga stolar och smutsiga dynor. Utsidan på hotellet har en sliten och smutsig fasad. Frukostbuffen hade allt man kunde önska. Personalen var trevlig fast hotellet var fullt så var den vänliga. Tyckte det var konstigt att hotellgäster var tvungna att betala för solstolar vid poolen.
