아름답고 가성비 있습니다. 바로 앞에 멋진 전망대가 있고 748번 버스가 바로 앞에 섭니다. 아침식사도 먹을만 합니다.

위치가 언덕 위라 짐들고 찾아갈 땐 힘들었지만 호스텔은 최고였습니다. 바로 앞이 전망대라 매일 밤 이쁜 경피를 볼 수 있었어요^^

위치가 아주 좋다. 상페드루 전망대 옆이라 언덕 오르기 어렵다하지만 지하철 1일권이나 리스보아 비바카드가 있으면 헤스타도레우레스 역에서 이어지는 엘리베이터를 무제한 이용할 수 있으므로 큰 문제가 되지는 않는다. 다만 호텔에 딸린 레스토랑이 인기라 밤 늦게까지 소음이 있다. 나이트 라이프를 즐기는 여행객이라면 호텔 뒤 쪽에서 바이샤 사이두 역까지 이어지는 길에 각종 바, 클럽, 파두 공연장까지 다양하게 즐길 수 있다.

일단 산꼭대기에 있다는게 단점입니다... 트램이 있다지만 그래도 단점입니다. 식사 제공되는데 조금 부실하고요, 아니 많이 부실합니다. 하루만 먹고 다시는 안 먹었네요. 그리고 숙소에 바가 있는데 전혀 통제가 안 되서 창문을 다 닫아도 시끄러운 소리가 들리는 정도이고 숙소 앞에 있는 트램도 시간이 늦어지면 운행 간격도 길어지고 해서 많이 불편합니다.

La chambre était bien, mais mal insonorisée: les autres clients qui passent tard le soir sans baisser le ton nous empêchent de dormir. Cela n’est pas de la faute de l’hôtel, mais bien un manque de savoir vivre des autres voyageurs. Aussi, il y avait un problème avec la porte de notre chambre: nous devions constamment vérifier qu’elle se verrouillait bien derrière nous. La première nuit, une personne a même ouvert notre porte par accident. Bien que nous ayons informé le personnel à la réception 2 jours d’affilée, à chaque fois que nous rentrions en soirée nous pouvions ouvrir la porte de notre chambre sans utiliser la carte. Donc, est-ce qu’ils ont vraiment essayé de régler le problème? Ça ne semble pas. Heureusement, rien ne nous a été volé……

My first bed I had I got over 50 bites from some kind of bug. They kindly changed my bed but even 4 days later the bites still itch. I liked the storage for luggage in the rooms, but the bathrooms were atrocious. They simply weren’t built to actually be used, it was very difficult to use the restrooms. Staff was friendly but I simply couldn’t wait to move on to my next hostel.

Excelente lugar en función de calidad precio, aunque lo mejor es la atención personalizada de la Sra. Mama en el desayuno. Por otro lado, lleven su candado porque ahí no venden.

The receptionist, Margarida, was incredibly friendly and helpful when she checked us in that morning. After checking in, we left to explore the city. However, when we returned at 4 p.m., there was a discrepancy, and we were given a room that was already occupied. Fortunately, the staff on duty quickly resolved the issue and provided us with a new room. One unfortunate aspect of our stay was that the hotel did not have a working TV. We were informed that they were in the process of changing providers. Additionally, we had to ask for the air conditioning to be adjusted twice, as the receptionist needed to go and turn something on. The rooftop restaurant was unfortunately closed Sunday and Monday, so we couldn't experience that. But on the other hand, the morning breakfast was excellent. Overall, the hotel had a great location, and the view was wonderful.

We stayed here twice during our stay in Lisbon. The first time, the hotel was great! Front staff were helpful and show you the property. The room was very nice and well maintained. The second time we stayed for one night prior to leaving for the airport. Front desk checked us in and walked us to our room, then an hour later walked into our room with another group to give it to them, apparently forgetting we were already there. In addition, the new room was at the front of the hotel and while it had wonderful views, their was a concert across the street that shook our room that lasted late and the traffic was extremely loud in the front of the hotel. The room in the back had none of these issues - I would recommend but just make sure you are checked in correctly and request a room in the back of the building.

Fint hotel til prisen. Pænt værelse, selvom det ikke var så stort. Søde og hjælpsomme personale. Fin morgenmad med brød, pålæg og musli, og en specialkaffe og æggeret lavet frisk til dig når du kommer. Eneste minus er, at der er ret lydt - både fra gangen, men også mod gaden. Hotellet ligger i et kvarter med mange barer og fest i gaden, og der er desværre ikke rigtig lydisolering på vinduerne. Vi var også uheldige, at der var stor byfest med koncert og DJ på pladsen lige udenfor hotellet, mens vi var der. Men der var ørepropper på værelset, og de fungerede fint. På den anden side var det også hyggeligt at gå ned og danse med til festen, så det er jo som man tager det.

The experience was ok, this is a very old hotel. Honestly just enough for sleep and eat an ok breakfast. In barrio Alto, good area right in front of a mirador! Be prepared to do a lot of very steep walks to get here. The staff is friendly. I think for the price you can’t expect anything else.

I'm not sure what hotel the people stayed at with all the amazing reviews, but I think 10/10 is a Four Seasons experience. So let's start with that perspective since everyone seems to think this place is a top tier hotel. The front desk staff - lovely. Had recommendations for specific shopping, brought us extra hangers, managed to get a wine chiller for us. Fabulously kind. Not a bad thing to say about the warm welcome we recieved. The hotel is also very cute. (Minus the art and light fixtures on our walls falling off and crooked). It does have charm. The location could not be better. The charm and personality is lost bc of the lack if amenities, comfort, and cleanliness. Wifi is slow, not able to connect most times, when we could, we were kicked off in moments. The beds - ours bulged out at the sides and springs poked out the top. It desperately needs replacing. The floors were carpet remnants that were freyed at the seams and looked dirty. No storage for clothing. We had 10 hangers total, with no shelves or drawers. The bathroom - mold and mildew everywhere in the caulk. The shower sprayed out of the top. So when you turned it on, half the water shot over the shower panel and got everything in the bathroom soaking wet including towels, and all my makeup. :( Something to note, the music from the rooftop bar is loud and into the night. The hotel provides earplugs. We are never in our room until 1 or 2am anyway so it wasn't a problem for us. We stayed in a Superior Double.

Best way to describe this place is it is a “missed opportunity”. Great location, in a likely once beautiful building-but the good stuff ends there. Very worn, dated, dark/poorly lit (were there actually lights anywhere?!) and a reception dude who seemed annoyed by anyone who approached him or asked a question. Overall not very clean at all in my experience, and most definitely would not stay again. Too bad-this place really has potential-but just a miss ALL the way around.

Really cool hotel, kind of like ACE brand in the states. Very hipster and cool, and the vibe in the room was on point for the neighborhood. Didn't love the carpet condition in the hallways felt a little dingy but it went with the vibe. Would stay there again!
