We had a wonderful stay at Be Live and enjoyed the opportunity to explore Marrakech. The best part was the fantastic tours organized by Mehdi and his colleague, especially the hot air balloon ride at sunrise in the desert.

Cet établissement ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles mais plutôt à un 3. Les chambres sont convenables mais sales et la climatisation ne fonctionne pas donc moustiques et moucherons. Une infection. Au restaurant principal c’est pareil : une climatisation inexistante et des boissons servies chaudes. On doit se servir à un comptoir où repose des bouteilles en plastique à la disposition de tout le monde : aucune fraîcheur et aucune hygiène. Pour la piscine, c’est des transats si serrés que vous dormez sur votre voisin et ils sont d’une saleté ! Et elle est tellement petite. Tout au alentours est sans confort à l’image du reste Passez votre chemin car cet hôtel est cher et vraiment sans intérêt

Everything about it was amazing! Every staff member a true professional, from the chefs to entertainers to cleaners to bar staff. They honestly couldnt do enough for us!

There was a slight mixup with the room I reserved vs the room the hotel initially placed me in. With provision of visual evidence of the room I had reserved through Expedia, the mix up was handled.

Absolutely loved this hotel It’s quite small which we liked . We had a duplex room which was lovely- great to have 2 bathrooms - even if it was just the two of us ! Food was really good - lots of veggie options . Would have been good to have a carvery of a joint of meat as there wasn’t a lot of meat options- oats of fish though . All inclusive was good. Excellent quality Moroccan wines. Only 3 cocktails to choose from but they were very good. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We especially loved Adil oh entertainment team ! What a brilliant chap - incredibly enthusiastic and so Adil

Beautiful property, great staff, very helpful. Good food. Chef was really nice. I requested a glass of fresh juice and he kindly made me one. I slipped on wet floor during our stay as there was a pool of water on the floor by one of the automatic access doors into the lobby. The door opened and I stepped in, slipped and landed on my back. Apparently they were cleaning the floor in the area. The issue was that there was so much water being used to clean the floor. As there was a wet floor sign on the side, I carefully stepped in but I didn't expect a pool of water by an automatic door which was not deactivated or locked to prevent access. The staff immediately came to my aid and one of their senior staff spoke with me. I highlighted the health and safety issue with their cleaning process to her as a few of us had noticed pools of water on the floor each time an area was being cleaned. With children running around and a few other people in our group having slipped but fortunately not had a fall, I thought this was a dangerous way to clean their floors. She said the issue will be looked into.

Très bon hôtel bien situé mais un taxi ou un navette obligatoire La plupart des personnes y travaillant sont très sympathique même si certains ne se sont pas. Les boissons sont coupés à l’eau donc on peut en boire 60 sans même sentir une once d’alcool La nourriture est varié et c’est disponible toute la journée et ça c’est cool ! L’hôtel est plutôt moderne, bien entretenue mais ça manque de dynamisme et de choses à faire. Dans l’ensemble c’est plutôt positif tout de même.

Lovely stay, food has been lovely and a really good variety of options for every meal time. Limited sun loungers at the only pool, nice adults only area though.

Staff was very friendly and the facilities were good for its price.

The stay at Be Live was okay, nothing great though. We had booked the duplex and they had spring beds, not so comfortable, chose the sofa downstairs instead. The stairs in the duplex are noisy and vibrate a lot when the next door rooms are using them. Everytime there is noise and vibration in the entire room when the next door neighbors are using it. The cleaning in the room was average and the shower pressure is not great. With so many positive reviews we expected it to be really good but our stay came with a lot of compromises.

We mostly enjoyed our stay there, all of the staff were very nice, I loved that they always refilled our water & drinks for us when eating. Food option was ok. We enjoyed the entertainments. They responded to complaints about our room swiftly. I didn’t like that the music near the pool was too loud, made it difficult to have a quiet afternoon nap. I also didn’t like that when checking out, they delayed us for about 15mins because they thought we stole one mug & wanted to take our deposit because of that which I found ridiculous as few days before, one of their staff came to request that we give them one of the mugs in our room which I personally gave it to him because even though there were 3 of us in the room, we didn’t need 2 mugs & secondly after asking us about the mug at the reception, they should have just left it at that instead of us having to argue thereby leaving a bitter taste in our mouth because of a mug considering that nothing was missing in our room, in my opinion. It will also be helpful if the hotel can work with a taxi company so that guests can easily call on a taxi when they need, that would have been helpful. they won’t allow In-drive taxis to come pick you up from the hotel premises, we had to walk to the street, they said because Indrive is illegal but we couldnt find taxi on Careem. Most tour companies couldn’t come pick us from the hotel without extra payment because the hotel is a bit outside of town. Aside the mug incident, we enjoyed our stay.
