Great hotel, great breakfast. Don't like the water in swimming pool too much chemical

Super great location, right above MRT tanjong Pagar. Probably the nicest hotel in tanjong pagar area

Great hotel with great service quality. The quality is much superior than sofitel sentosa. This hotel is really reflect the Accor brand.

A luxurious and comfort hotel, with a modern and boutique design. I really enjoyed my stay there - the Sofitel MyBed was so comfortable though the pillows were a little soft. The bathroom was really elegant with its marble finishes too.

The hotel was nice~ the staff were friendly and always provide the requests I asked. The location was convenient too.

My kids favorite hotel! Great location, clean room and good food! Most amazingly, Veronica noticed that we asked for hard pillow previously and took the initiative to get the housekeeper to send over! This is the only hotel that I don't have to call to ask for hard pillow!

Booked this hotel last minute. This was my choice as it included a large room, free breakfast and also some complimentary snacks as part of the package. Check-in was smooth but had to wait. Maybe it was a busy period. But we wanted to check-in ASAP to enjoy our stay. I came around 2:45pm but rooms were not ready till around 3:15pm. Room was very spacious and it included a nice bathtub which my son really enjoyed. Pool also had limited slots but we managed to enjoy it too on both days. It had a wadding pool which my 2-yr-old enjoyed very much. Main deep pool was not huge but good enough:) Location is awesome as it 's connected to a lot of food and even an MRT station (Tanjong Pagar). I'm happy with the service staff of the hotel. They were polite throughout even though I witnessed some customers banging the reception table and were mean to them. The only con during this trip. Was there 's no complimentary parking. It was not included as it 's not owned by Sofitel, but by the building (Guoco Tower). I had to pay over $ 20 + worth of parking upon checking out on a weekday (it was charged at $ 1.50 per 30 mins). So, I would advise to take public transport or taxi. Overall, nice stay. Would visit again!:).

I had a great time at the hotel. Check in process is very pleasant and the frontline staffs is very friendly. And the view from hotel room is nice. Had a birthday celebration and they even gave a complimentary cake. Such a nice gesture. The room is very upkeep and clean. Overall, I would come back again!

Had a wonderful stay at Sofitel! Managed to request for early check in and late check out. High tea deal was very worth! Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

처음 방문했는데 호텔 디자인에 감탄했어요. 인테리어는 숨이 멎을 정도로 아름다웠죠. 럭셔리 룸을 예약했더니 20층으로 업그레이드해 주었습니다. 도시 전망은 정말 환상적이었어요. 싱글룸을 배정받았는데 침대는 편안했어요. 베개는 머리를 베는 순간 펑펑 들이마시더군요. 푹신한 베개였으면 더 좋았을 텐데 아쉽네요. 룸서비스는 정말 훌륭했어요. 가격도 적당했고, 시설도 좋았어요. 수영장은 저녁 8시 30분까지만 운영합니다. 예약이 꽉 차 있었거든요. 다행히 아침 7시 가장 빠른 시간대를 예약해서 첫날 수영장을 우리만 쓸 수 있었어요. 적어도 한 시간 정도는요. 조식은 수상 경력에 빛나는 훌륭한 조식을 먹었어요. 저는 무슬림이라 메뉴가 할랄이 아니라는 걸 알고 있었지만, 식재료를 조절해 주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 주방까지 할랄 인증을 받았다면 더 많은 손님들이 배를 불릴 수 있었을 텐데 아쉽네요. 언젠가는 다시 생각해 주셨으면 좋겠네요. 리셉션 직원들도 친절하고 항상 연락이 잘 됐어요. 요청한 건 뭐든 10분 안에 바로 보내주셨어요. TV 수리도 필요했는데 엔지니어를 보내주셨어요. 정말 훌륭한 서비스였어요! 강력 추천하고 곧 다시 방문하겠습니다. 감사합니다! X

Modern, clean, beautiful, love every detail of this hotel. You also can choose you pillow, enjoy minibar (they gave us free) Definitely will come back!

Dirty room, creepy, and terrible. The housekeeper are so rude.
