전체 평가 및 리뷰 Prima Luce Downtown

저렴한 가격에 잘 묵었어요 다만 네명방 침대가 조금 좁아서 넷이 자기엔 부족할수도 있어요 아이패드 두고갔는데 택배로 두브로브니크 호텔까지 보내주셨어요 친절하십니당 위치 좋아요

창문이 높이 작게 나있어서 밖이 잘 안보입니다. 그리고 저녁 9시 이후로는 뒷문으로 다녀야하는데 엘레베이터가 오래되어 보여서 불안했어요. 그거 빼고는 깨끗하고 넓고 직원분들도 정말 친절해서 좋았습니다

관광지와 가깝고 깔끔하고 좋았어요!!

위치는 스플리트 구시가지 안에 있어서 여기저기 돌아다니기 편했고요. 사진과 동일하게 숙소 깔끔해서 좋았습니다. 주차는 건물에 하지 못하고 주변 공영주차장에 주차할 수 있는데 직원분이 친절하게 위치 알려주셨고 하루 묶는데 매우 만족했어요!

위치가 좋았어요. 그런데 무료 주차가 된다고 해서 여길 골랐는데.. 호텔에 주차장이 따로 없었네요. 쇼핑몰 3층에 위치해 있습니다. 방은 좋고 경치도 좋았어요.

시내에 위치하여 생활하기 너무 좋았습니다

백화점내 AV로 호텔로 가야하고 주차장이 멀어 가방 들고 다니기가 불편....

Outside the property is run down with lots of graffiti. The room was large and the bathroom was really nice but bedroom carpet was old shag. The front and lobby was closed and had to use the service elevator through the back grimy part of hotel. For the premium price it was not worth it.

The staff were helpful. They always checked we were ok. They gave us a fruit bowl. That was lovely. Location of property excellent- restaurants, shops etc walking distance to many things. Only down side - located in a shopping centre that is closed and deserted. The external ambience is not appealing.

Under construction, so only rooms were good, but not nuch else

Room average. Old building. Lacking signage. Entrance difficult to navigate. Lift malfunctioning and stairwell inaccessible. Smashed glass front door. Some machinery/aircon or generator made loud continuous noise from 11.00 pm until 5.00 am. outside my room. Windows inaccessible, were high up on wall and partially opened enabling sound unrestricted. Unable to complain until morning when leaving having slept very little. One clerk pleaded ignorance and prevented her colleague from speaking further when she commented "I know what that is". Paid by cash on arrival , receipt not forthcoming and had to ask before leaving for a tax invoice receipt. Really does not live up to its image online. Would not recommend to anyone.

Hotel super bem localizado no centro e perto da Marina. O quarto era bastante confortável e limpo. Excelente custo benefício, recomendo muitíssimo!

Check in difícil, queda dentro de un centro comercial que no cerrado y no dieron instrucciones claras para el check in. De resto el cuarto estuvo bien, muy cerca a old town.

Excellent location in the city. Large room with a comfortable bed at a good price. The hotel is inside an abandoned mall, but that was fine for me and my wife. However, there was an extremely bad smell in the bathroom, likely due to old plumbing, which made it difficult to sleep at night. I would have rated it 4 out of 5 if not for the smell. As it stands, I can only give it a 2.

Masha the receptionist was so friendly and their recommendations were great! I would def stay here again!!!

A wonderful stay at Prima Luce. You are steps away from the old town and all it had to offer, as well as a close bus ride or 30 min walk to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The property staff were so nice and friendly. Helped with all questions and concerns. The hotel property was clean and walking distance for everything.

Worse experience of my life it’s not a hotel it’s inside a building on the third floor bed was horrible no amenities in the bathroom pictures are miss leading do not stay here I got robed paying $250 a night Expedia you should be ashamed to have that on your website
