데스크 직원들 진짜 친절합니다. 아침에 도착해서 10시에 바로 체크인 해 줬어요. 겨울 비수기라서 그럴지는 모르지만... 깨끗하고 넓어요. 역에서도 가깝고요. 완전 만족합니다.

Room as picture on website. Pleased we went for superior one. Pleasant helpful lady on reception. Rooftop terrace underwhelming, bar not open. Wouldn’t class it as 4star overall.

The hotel was great! Clean rooms, modern amenities and centrally located. You are right off a man road and also a block or two away from the center areas.. also, super close to the pizza! The area around isn’t too shabby, it’s a little chaotic but I compare it to New York, lots of people, loud noises, scooters- watch out for them, had some young kids whip past and try to snatch my phone out of my hand. Overall I had a great time, would recommend to anyone.

The room was comfortable, but a little bit worn. Air conditioning worked, which was good because the area outside the hotel was not conducive to leaving the window open. There are coffee shops on the block, which is fortunate as there is no coffee available in the hotel. The area is - well, it's Naples. Busy, gritty and Italian.

Property needs updating. I like that they let us check in early. When we got to our room, there was old trash from prior guest, as well as hair in sink. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. There were ants in room and mini fridge was leaking. Location was good but overall wouldnt stay here again.

Room is large and clean, however shower was a make shift shower which leaked all over the bathroom floor. Also, for some reason at night, both our room and our friends room one floor above had the smell of the drains come back into our bathrooms. We both had to let water flow in sink and shower for a few minutes for the smell to go away. If you are looking for just a place to sleep in a large bed, this is good. If you are looking for a comfortable hotel, not recommended.

Hotel bem conservado, quarto e banheiro enormes e limpos. Café da manhã farto no roof top. Martina foi extremamente atenciosa, nos indicou restaurantes, passeios, horários de trem, barcos e etc. A localização é boa, fizemos a maior parte dos passeios a pé, de trem e barco com acesso fácil.

Friendly staff. Hotel is in a central are but the neighborhood is dirty. The room was very comfortable and the AC worked great!

Good decent hotel not luxury

Enjoyed my stay. The staff was very helpful and multilingual. The 4th floor breakfast was very good with lots of options.

Lovely little hotel in a convenient location. Nice shops for food and general shopping just around the corner. Very friendly staff and good size modern rooms.

Good bed and air conditioning. Nice staff, close to train stations but not a pleasant area. Very basic, a bit run down and definitely not four star. Hugely overpriced.

It's conveniently located to the Train Station. The breakfast spread was good but could be better if they had more choices. Staff was very nice and attentive to one's needs.

Great hotel, well located - near train station and city centre. Very comfortable stay with great service. Recommended.

The room was fine, but we did not have hot water. We chose this location because it was close to train, but it was noisy and a bit dirty.
