전체 평가 및 리뷰 Pulse Al Jaddaf Hotel

We arrived in the mid night. Waited for checking in almost 30 minutes. The receptionist wasn’t friendly even he didn’t smile to the guests. He gave me superior room but the room was different like in the picture in web. After I came into the room, we called the receptionist and told him if the room was different. He gave me superior room but not kind of superior room like web said. He said sorry because they’re full, they didn’t give us the room. But we’re really disappointed. There wasn’t bathtub (I booked because in the information, they have it). They even didn’t give us slippers in the room and the room wasn’t smelling good.

ห้องดี แต่เราบุคทางอินเตอร์เน็ตพร้อมใจ่าเงินเรียบร้อยก่อนมา2อาทิตย์. พอมาถึงพนักงานกลับบอกว่า ห้องไม่มีมีแต่ห้องใหญ่ จะให้จ่ายเพิ่ม เราเลยบ่นไปนิดหน่อย แต่ก็ยจ่ายเพิ่ม 15ดีแร่ม เงินไทย150. จริงๆถ้าไม่คิดมากก็โอเคเพราะจ่าย แต่เรารู้สึกไม่โอเคเพราะ จ่ายเงินเสร็จ แต่พอมาถึงกลับบอกไม่มีห้อง แอบเสียความรู้สึกนะ แต่วันนี้ให้ดีเพราะห้องดี

Good experience! Room is clean and comfortable. Reception staff was nice and welcoming. Walking distance to Al Jaddaf metro station.
