정말 환상적인 호텔이에요. 방은 깨끗하고 아주 편안했어요. 직원들은 친절했고, 하람 뷰가 보이는 제 방에서 보이는 전망은 정말 멋졌어요.

음식이 80% 아라비아 스타일이라면,

직원, 위치, 객실 편안함, 음식, 호텔 시설, 청결함을 고려했을 때 움라와 하지를 위해 머물기에 완벽한 호텔입니다.

호텔 직원의 응답이 낮고 체크인 시 도움을 줄 의지가 적습니다.

Masya Allah, a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was close to perfect. Bell Boys named Khan dan Haque were very helpful. Surprisingly, we were eligible for light meals in the afternoon and evening time. And the most important thing is Masjidil Haram is only a short walking distance. If I may mention, the room for improvement is the lady receptionist spoke English with a strong accent too fast for my ears. It was not a big deal though.

Worth the price, love the haram view, love the staff, love the shortcut way to Masjidil Haram, love the foods 🌻

분위기가 너무 특별해서 정말 집처럼 느껴졌습니다. 직원들이 따뜻하게 맞아주었고, Samee 씨와 Basser Tayuan 씨 덕분에 매우 친절했습니다. 일찍 체크인할 수 있게 도와주셨고, 정보와 기타 여러 가지 도움을 주셨습니다. 5점을 주고 싶습니다. 환대가 훌륭했고, 분위기도 좋았고, 직원들이 친절했고, 따뜻하게 맞아주었습니다.

Ke masjidil haram agak jauh dan pulangnya menanjak. Meskipun ada shuttle bus. Mudah-mudahan pembangunan kedepannya ada jalan tembus langsung ke mesjid.

Ke masjidil harom sekitar 5 menit paling dekat masuk pintu sekitar pintu 67, suasana hotel nyaman.

I had to wait for 5 hours to have room ready. Know that came earlier then check in time. Check in time is at 4 pm but I came at around 10 am. I was promised by receptionist if the guest left before lunch time I will have the ready at around 1 pm. After checked 1 pm, he said that the guest was not leaving yet. Then checked again at 2 pm. He said that the guest just left at 1.30 pm. Then he tried to check to House keeping whether the room is ready. Checked every 15 minutes then finally I got there room ready 04.30 pm. The other problem was I have to show my passport and Visa. And Jamaah Haji fm Indonesia never be allowed to bring original passport and Visa. We just had the temporary I'd card. But the legal officer in Hilton can't accept. Again I have to wait until my group leader of Hajj sent me the copy visa through WA. So finally I got the key at bit more than 5 pm.

The hotel is so clean...full hospitality...the employer all is good and helping so much I like stay there because very near to haram...in shaa Allah will be back soon....

Saya suka kamarnya cuma terlalu jauh dari mesjidilharam sedangkan hilton yang lama dekat dan harganya lebih murah.
