La chambre était parfaite, directement à côté de la magnifique salle de jeux. Les enfants ont adoré.

Room was spotless, design of the room and built-in storage was amazing. The staff was welcoming and the service was very good. At the front desk Fatima distinguished herself through her professionalism and her approach that created a Memorable Customer Experience. Bravo!

Frigidaire qui ne marche pas , système climatique brisé....... pour un hotel neuf c'est décevant !!!!

Perfect for family

As a family with kids we enjoyed a lot, many indoor and outdoor activities, especially during holidays, close to ski resorts.

La chambre était impeccable et le personnel était très attentionné. Par contre, l’insonorisation des chambres n’est pas très élevé. Cela dit, nous voulons y retourner avec les enfants pour mieux profiter des belles activités proposées. Nous avons soupé au restaurant, notre expérience est au dessus de nos attentes. On a adoré notre séjour!

Beautiful place and location, good amount of activities, comfortable beds! The only thing I would improve is that I would like to see more food options, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and felt there were not many options.

Very clean property. A lot of amenities , great activities for the Christmas holiday . Staff was all very friendly .We’ve visited Canada many times before and was always impressed with the food . The food at the hotel restaurant was not so great , was expecting alot more and actually got 2nd after Christmas dinner . Also , we were never told until our day of departure that breakfast buffet was included each morning with our reservation so we paid for ala carte the 1st morning and ate out the 2nd morning and was just informed by the waitress on the 3rd morning that breakfast buffet was actually included and when we brought it up to the agent at check out she didn’t do anything and just repeated that “oh yes breakfast buffet was included” but that doesn’t do me any good at check out , would have be nice to know at CHECK IN.
