Einfach klasse!!! Nur nettes Personal und ein Riesen Spaß mit dem Animationsteam!!!

We had a great stay at the hotel. We loved the clear water at the beach, the friendliness of the staff starting especially at the reception, and the restaurant staff. Not so good: small swimming pools, sunbeds booking by guests and facilitated by some staff. Lack of communication about the facilities and services. Closing on a positive note, the food was good, and they have good capacity management so even in peak time, having to line up for a service or a meal was seldom.

The hotel was fine. Beach was lovely but you had to get there early to secure a spot. Staff was nice but they seemed to cater to the Italian guests.

Nous sommes allés à Calimera Delfino Beach pour notre lune de miel. Notre chambre était très belle et la nourriture bonne et variée. Il y a plusieurs activités directement offertes avec l'hôtel, ce qui est très apprécié également. Le fait que la plage soit privée a rendu le tout très agréable, car il y avait toujours de la place même plus tard dans la journée.

Der Club hat zwischenzeitlich fast schon wieder das Niveau vom ehemaligen Betreiber ALDIANA erreicht. Ich hatte ein frisch renoviertes Zimmer mit Meerblick, hervorragende Ausstattung und Sauberkeit. Essen mindestens Note GUT. Personal wie immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziges Manko war, dass während meines Aufenthalts (1.10. bis 8.10.) keinerlei Bank-Services (Abhebungen, Geldwechsel) möglich waren wg. "Technischer Gründe" (1 ganze Woche?).

Terza volta al Delfino Beach. Prima post COVID. Temevo un calo di livello. Invece continua a meritarsi tutte le 4 stelle. Unica pecca, questo giro, la piscina coperta della SPA non era riscaldata. Era un plus importante per me.

Un très bel hôtel et un personnel aux petits soins

Hôtel super, nous avons très très bien mangé et surtout top niveau pour la propreté et la gentillesse du personnel.

La vue sur la mer était incroyable

No hand shower in the toilets, you can only use the toilet paper. You will find lots of cockroaches. The maid of the day is good, on the other hand those of the night are very bad in case you need them (they don't come unless you insist several times). Servers are good The food is average The children's pool is good, the adult pool is average (not very deep and small). Some receptionists have to learn to smile, it's free.

Matunine Re: Itinerary 72163870471498 Calimera Resort refund Date: December 3, 2021 To whom May I concern; I purchased 3 nights stay in Calimera Delfino Resort Spa in Hammamet, Tunisia for November 2-5, 2021 through Expedia.com. They require me to pay in full $ 266.64 using my Master Card ending 8379. I showed up on November 2 afternoon hours and wasn't able to check-in. Hotel was not operative for this time. Security man claimed that hotel is closed for a season. On same day I tried to rebook other nearby hotel via Mobil Expedia Apps. I stayed 3 nights at other hotel located nearby. Upon returning back to the U.S. I contacted Expedia to explain my experience and demanded refund. Expedia claimed it can't refund money since it was already paid / collected by hotel. Expedia tried to contact hotel but learned that hotel is closed for a season. Expedia claimed that it has no responsibility to collect and I will have to contact hotel directly to collect money. It surprised me a lot. I have been very loyal customer for Expedia for almost 20 years, and never saw this situation like this. Also I was very surprised how terrible Expedia phone customer service is. A lot of sudden phone disconnections, and all operators don’t know situation that I have to explain all over again and again. They tried all same routine to contact hotel, then said wait for response. Honestly, I am very disappointed at Expedia service.
