Generally very nice hotel. Enjoyed breakfast at the yard. Not sure about friendly much, but location is very centered!

I loved hotel but one of the bad things is that there is no sufficient parking area so we needed to park in the area with 10 minuites of distance by walking. Except this all the interiorn, facility, staff's service was excellent. Furthermore the stop for trem was just near hotel.

The Hotel El Guia was perfect for our few days in Soller. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable and the pool was just what we needed at the end of a hot day. The staff were all friendly and welcoming.

Lovely little place to stay in ideal place in Soller and super clean and super safe

We really enjoyed our stay! The central location was perfect and made it easy to explore the area. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made a great impression. A couple of small things to note: the beds were a bit firm for our liking, and parking instructions could have been clearer. Also, the shower could use some repairs, though it was still usable. Overall, a pleasant stay with a lot of positives — we’d consider coming back!

In the heart of Soller you cannot find a better location to discover the surrounding town, including the port. It is a nice central location to take all the amazing hiking trails. They have a great number of options for breakfast that are affordable with a gorgeous patio and back patio with pool and lounge chairs.

We had fantastic days in

Just loving it since six years. Very friendly and obliging staff, cute hotel in typical majorcan style, delicious dinner (also typical majorcan). And the place is very good for reaching the tren (100m), as well as restaurants and the placa (200m) with all the shops and night life. But the hotel is situated in a small side street, so it's quiet as well!

Billig overnatning. Perfekt beliggenhed midt i Soller. Meget gammeldags indretning, gamle ting og møbler. Meget umoderne. God størrelse værelse. Meget hård seng uden topmadras. Lille god pool og sol område bag hotellet. Meget dårlig morgenmadsbuffet, pålæg og ost anrettet uappetitligt

Nice hotel however the value for money is not the best, you pay for the location. The pool is really really small. Parking is very difficult near the hotel close to impossible

Soller is one of the best places to stay in Mallorca. El Guia fell nothing short of amazing service and good value

This is a pleasant hotel. Our room was basic but comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was fantastic. Our main problem was the noise. It’s very noisy in the mornings, you can hear the other room’s doors slamming open and shut and the cleaning staff are yelling and chatting with each other and banging stuff around from early morning. Also the tram starts at 8am and is noisy too. If you are an early riser this would not be a problem but if you want to sleep in the morning then it is a problem!

We loved the stay. The location was rather calm. 30meters from the slow tram to Port de Sollér. Close the Church and the town square but stil rather quiet. Breakfast was nice and the staff was so sweet and kind. We Will be back.

Best location ever . Right next to tram and train line

Ett fantastiskt hotell med supertrevlig personal. Charmigt genuint och lugnt med mysig atmosfär Hade kunnat bara vara på hotellet vid den lilla saltvattenspoolen. Serverades ett glas cava när vi kom! Åker gärna hit igen.

It was magical

The front desk was very nice and helpful and the location was FABulous. Parking is a bit of a nightmare but doable. I think you can prebook parking with the hotel.
