Good to stay.

It was really comfortable and cozy stay. The staffs are very kind and sensitive. We stayed 2 days but we always have to go out early in the morning, and they always checked my breakfast time. Also the small lounge had tea station which was a great place to take a rest before outing. The location is very close to San pedro market and every other main places in Cusco.

Did not need laundry. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a couple years. People were so nice. Loved location also. Great stay.

Centrally located with great staff, including 24/7 front desk service! They also made the process of storing luggage very simple while we did the Inca trail trek. We loved our stay and actually returned to the hotel after returning from the trek for our last night before leaving town. Would definitely stay again!

The hosts went above and beyond to make us welcome and comfortable. Family of 4 with 17 and 12 year olds. Room was very comfortable. Central location. The city is loud at night so do bring earplugs.

Excellent hotel , very nice and charming

We stayed 4 nights, and really enjoyed our stay. It is an older building, like most hotels in central Cusco, but well maintained and has great character. Central courtyard and sitting areas on every floor are lovely spots to enjoy a free cup of tea at any time. Onsite restaurant offers a buffet breakfast or packed bag for early outings. The best part was the amazing staff who were so friendly and accommodating. We were initially given a king room with a cute balcony - loved the space, but after a few hours in the room, we realized there was a lot of street noise. We asked if we could be moved to a quieter room - they offered several options and let us choose the room we liked best. Inner courtyard on upper floor was very quiet. They also helped arrange airport transfer and laundry services, and let us stay late for a very small fee, since we had a late evening flight. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Amazing hotel with incredible friendly staff and wonderful manager Norma. Extremely clean hotel with a very homey feel. Located only walking distance from Plaza d’Armas. Very safe location. The hotel has many cozy living rooms and an amazing restaurant.

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold på 6 netter. Veldig komfortabel seng, de ansatte er veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Frokosten er god og rikholdig. Hotellet ligger i gangavstand til alt i det historiske sentrum.

Clean, quiet, lovely building with excellent restaurant - so nice to have a good meal in after a tiring day sightseeing. Location is off the main square but that is good! Close enough to walk wherever you like. Entire staff was professional, friendly, and helpful

El hotel se encuentra en un lugar muy estratégico, cerca del centro, mercado y con muchos lugares para visitar. El staff muy amable y el desayuno bastante bien. El único inconveniente es que ha una alcantarilla en la calle que hace mucho ruido durante la noche, tal vez deberían hablar con el municipio para repararlo. Pero todo lo demás muy bien!

Breakfast was good, there were varieties to foods to choose, served eggs upon request. Room was cleaned and quiet with nice view, walking distance to San Pedro mercado, shops, centrally located.
