전체 평가 및 리뷰 Laz' Hotel Spa Urbain Paris

The short-haired male receptionist wearing glasses!! I wonder if he is one of the family members of the hotel owner. He is very consistent with his arrogance and unkindness. Watch him out. He doesn't mind fighting with the customers if any of them claims about something. This hotel is a pretty, unique butique hotel. But it's showing its age and is not worth the money considering the quality of the room and the service. Even the spa was disappointing. I strongly recommend you to choose other options in Paris.

Second time I stay here and highly recommended! Very clean, well located and modern stay.

My flight cancelled and I wasn’t able to arrive for 2night stay. Called hotel to advise. They still charged my credit card. I am disputing it.

Sehr modern und schön. Hotel/Zimmer/Spa bei genauer betrachtung etwas „abgenutzt“. Insgesamt aber gut, gute Lage, sehr freundlicher Service!

Très bon séjour. Acceuil très sympa, avec efforts pour s’adapter aux impératifs du client (chambre prête rapidement pour arrivée matinale…). Bar, cocktail et espace Spa très accueillant.

Hotel novo e bem decorado. Achamos o quarto muito pequeno para três pessoas. Há muitos restaurantes e padarias por perto, mas os pontos turísticos mais importantes estão todos longe. A equipa da recepção é muito simpática e agradável. Um ponto negativo é que o hotel não tem cozinha, os pedidos de comida são terceirizados. Para o número de estrelas que tem deixou um pouco a desejar.

Os atendentes da portaria são bons, mas o quarto é minúsculo e o serviço de quarto péssimo… não trocaram as nossas toalhas

Loved our stay! I booked the hotel for its convenient location as I was running thr marathon in April. The spa was much needed for rest and recovery and it did not disappoint. The location was ideal, not just for easy access to the Metro but also for getting out and about exploring. The staff were very helpful, chatty and friendly. Buffet breakfast had a good selection of food. Excellent mixologist on the bar too The bed was comfy and the room we booked had a terrace so we were able to chill out there with a glass of wine of an evening. Loved our stay. Thank you
