주차공간이 절대부족 식사는 훌륭 룸상태도 훌륭 위치도 도심에 접근성 좋음

Good location(very close to train station), great view to mountains, nice and friendly workers, clean and tidy facilities. I will book again when going to zakopane again! Only little problem is slow WiFi connection but seemed like all city problem not the hotel.

예약할 때 '산 전망' 룸으로 했으나 약속이 지켜지지 않아 실망스러웠다. 와이파이가 되지 않았고, 인터넷이 잘 연결되지 않아 호텔 밖에 나가서 인터넷을 사용해야 하는 일이 발생했다. 위치는 중앙역에 가까워 좋았고, 조식은 훌륭했다.

downtown 하고 는 조금 멀지만 모든게 좋았습니다. 청경하고 조식도 맛있고. Aqua park 도 바로 연경되고 좋았습니다.

Had a perfect time, great customer service

Detta är en topp hotell. Bra sängar, bra mat, bra med parkering. Har man bara lite tid över så finns det ett helt spa intill hotellet

It takes only ten minutes to walk to the city center, or to the public bus station to go to different attractions. The transportation is convenient. There is a supermarket and different restaurants nearby, and is just next to the water park, making it ideal for family stays.

Free Sauna, Steam room, access to Termy Zakopienskie, comfy bed, clean room, robes/towels supplied, breakfast, lovely hotel staff, location close to bank ATM & PKP Rail Station, nice walk through town to a hiking trail.

Steps from main train station. Next to Termy Zakopiańskie and about 15 min walk to Krupowki street. Amazing breakfast which was included in my price.

Fint hotel med god morgenmad og god service. Hotellet ligger i forbindelse med et badeland, som vi mod betaling benyttede en enkelt dag. Der er direkte adgang fra hotellet. Hotellet ligger ca 1,5 km fra centrum.

Great customer service and a beautiful hotel

Everything was great. However, access to the water park area is not included in the price. And evidently the only semi-mention of that is “surcharge” in parentheses when you look at the “family friendly” tab. It definitely didn’t mention that the water park is a separate entity and people from the street can just buy admission as well. Seeing as Zakopane is a tourist town, I think that these things should be more clearly listed. I’m not sure who makes the listings- whether the hotel or Expedia- but whomever does it, needs to make sure it’s clear. In the US- this would be the same as getting a room at Great Wolf Lodge and then finding out you had to pay another $60/per person to use the water park. 😒

Booked 2 nights stay at this hotel,great location, 10 minutes walk max up a slight hill from the railway station.Lovely room with balcony mountain view.Did'nt eat in as it has many eateries nearby.Its located next to the Termy Zakopane pools,where you have direct access level 2,you get a watch and this times you ,1 hour 39 zloty or can get unlimited for the day for more,added to your hotel account.Robes and towels for the swimming or spa.Complimentary water and hot drinks but mini bar payable.Very comfy beds,a/c.Stored bags after checking out in a room while waiting for our train to Krackow.Would recommend
