무난무난한 숙소

호텔에 들어오는 입구부터 너무나 방향제향도 강하고 입구데스크 직원도 친절하지 않았음,외국인에게 알아듣기 힘들정도로 빠르게 말해서,오죽하면 좀 천천히좀 말해달라고 요청하였으나,배려하지않고 지속적으로 알아 들을수 없었으며,시설 및 서비스를 하나도 이용하지 못하였음. 객실배정받았으나 표기가 이상하게 되어있어 방을 찾는데도 어려움이 있었음. Ex) 1234 로 표기 되어있으면 a234호였음... 배정받은 방의 침대는 사용할수 없을만큼 손상되어있었으며, 방을 교환을 요청하였으며 우리는 그로인해 2시간 대기해야만했음, 교환받은 침대도 그렇게 상태가 좋지않음 호텔문앞에 5성으로 표기되어있는데 이해할수 없는 정도의 서비스와 시설이었음

시설, 서비스, 조식 모두 좋은 편임

시내랑 거리는 조금 떨어져있지만 근처에 크리스마스 마켓이랑 명품거리? 있어서 걸어서 산책하기 좋았어요. 무엇보다 서비스도 친절하고 조식도 맛있어서 가격대비 훌륭했었습니다.

Breakfast is awesome. People were gentle with nice service. But it was so strange about the shower booth design and room locations. I could not open my curtain during day time as all people could see my room through their walking ways. But if I go back Lisboa, I will choose this place again. And their giftshop is also reasonable.

직원들이 매우 친절하고 깨끗하고 방도 넓고 인테리어도 최신식이고 좋음. 8층이었는데 뷰 좋고 침구도 좋음. 스파랑 사우나도 이용했는데 사우나가 너무 좋았음. 피로가 많이 풀림. 야외 수영장은 크지는 않지만 적당히 놀고 일광욕 하기 좋음. 시내 가는 길이 명품 거리라서 다니면서 구경도 잘 했음. 다만 욕실 어메니티가 샴푸 트리트먼트 같은건 있지만 일회용 용품은 따로 준비 안해줌. 달라고 하면 주는 것 같은데 그냥 내꺼 있어서 내꺼 썼음.

Er was een zwembad, dat zie je niet veel in lissabon. Alsook de mensen van het hotel waren super vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Rommet var rent og godt stelt av personalet. I tillegg var personalet imøtekommende, men ikke alle servitører var like blide som resten av gjengen. Frokosten var veldig bra!

The front desk were excellent specially Ana thank you so much. Rooms are nice. Nadia the guest service very welcoming and the other manger was also nice. Pool nice but far away from rooms. Two issues we had we booked half board. The breakfast was great but the dinner or lunch was not so great limited menu to choose from plus we cannot eat some of the food in the menu that restricted our options. It’s best to do breakfast only. The other issue was with the house keeping clean the room was not great and the sheets were stained. The second manager did apologize I told her it’s not her fault. Overall it was nice place to stay would have been excellent if those issues didn’t happen Thank you team Iberostar

Rooms nice n spacious and clean, would of expected more toiletries on offer like shower caps, nail files etc if a 5 star… Plenty of choice of food at breakfast nice and fresh, although it says 10.30am they are not happy if you arrive at 10.10am as we did they tell you that it closes in 20 Minutes left which I find rather rude than greeting you with good morning first! Both pools are freezing cold not my type of pleasure, indoor pool 31 degrees but not even warm.. Food at pool side was lovely too the bar and outdoor pool clean and presented nicely. Entrance bright and smells lovely. Staff very informative and helpful and polite… Some chairs have stains on in entrance seating .. level 4 bedrooms, carpet near water dispenser should be cleaned as massive stain near water dispenser.. not important but the presentation of the hotel is let down buy these few simple fix’s by Maintenance.. Would I return again to this Hotel, yes as overall it is in a great position for all parts of Lisbon. Enjoyed our stay overall so happy.

Overall nice experience. Staff were kind and helpful, hotel was clean and located in a great area. However I found the pool and spa underwhelming.
