전체 평가 및 리뷰 Iberostar Selection Lisboa

호텔에 들어오는 입구부터 너무나 방향제향도 강하고 입구데스크 직원도 친절하지 않았음,외국인에게 알아듣기 힘들정도로 빠르게 말해서,오죽하면 좀 천천히좀 말해달라고 요청하였으나,배려하지않고 지속적으로 알아 들을수 없었으며,시설 및 서비스를 하나도 이용하지 못하였음. 객실배정받았으나 표기가 이상하게 되어있어 방을 찾는데도 어려움이 있었음. Ex) 1234 로 표기 되어있으면 a234호였음... 배정받은 방의 침대는 사용할수 없을만큼 손상되어있었으며, 방을 교환을 요청하였으며 우리는 그로인해 2시간 대기해야만했음, 교환받은 침대도 그렇게 상태가 좋지않음 호텔문앞에 5성으로 표기되어있는데 이해할수 없는 정도의 서비스와 시설이었음

시설, 서비스, 조식 모두 좋은 편임

시내랑 거리는 조금 떨어져있지만 근처에 크리스마스 마켓이랑 명품거리? 있어서 걸어서 산책하기 좋았어요. 무엇보다 서비스도 친절하고 조식도 맛있어서 가격대비 훌륭했었습니다.

Breakfast is awesome. People were gentle with nice service. But it was so strange about the shower booth design and room locations. I could not open my curtain during day time as all people could see my room through their walking ways. But if I go back Lisboa, I will choose this place again. And their giftshop is also reasonable.

직원들이 매우 친절하고 깨끗하고 방도 넓고 인테리어도 최신식이고 좋음. 8층이었는데 뷰 좋고 침구도 좋음. 스파랑 사우나도 이용했는데 사우나가 너무 좋았음. 피로가 많이 풀림. 야외 수영장은 크지는 않지만 적당히 놀고 일광욕 하기 좋음. 시내 가는 길이 명품 거리라서 다니면서 구경도 잘 했음. 다만 욕실 어메니티가 샴푸 트리트먼트 같은건 있지만 일회용 용품은 따로 준비 안해줌. 달라고 하면 주는 것 같은데 그냥 내꺼 있어서 내꺼 썼음.

A very good city hotel in a central location. Nice atmosphere and good facilities, including a good swimming pool.

Staff was awesome pool was great conveniently located to shops and cafes.

The worst part of the stay was the terrible bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was the worst I have ever experienced (in the name of sustainability, according to the front desk) even comparing with hotels that cost a fraction of what this did. Together with that, the bathroom layout is ridiculous, without doors where you take shower and also in the bathroom per se. This results in zero privacy and imaginable unpleasant situations, together with having to turn off the room air conditioner before taking a shower in order to avoid a cold. Besides that, the water goes out and a big part of that area stays constantly wet. The room was also small for a hotel of this level and price and the front desk was not able to supply a simple electric kettle. Not even a complimentary mineral water bottle was supplied. To end, the room was also united with the other by a door (conjugated), what caused us to constantly hear sounds from the other room. The only good things of the stay were the bed, the breakfast and the good region where the hotel stays, near the Metro.

Great location. Amazing room and staff very friendly. Only downside..the way the shower is designed. The body wash and shampoo are on the opposite end of the shower.

We had an excellent stay at the Iberostar Selection. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel was very clean and modern. Our room was overlooking the pool at the rear of the hotel, it was a good size and quiet. The hotel location was good and close to all the main attractions of Lisbon also close to one of the metro station. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Helpful staff, lovely room. Despite it being a 5 minutes walk from the nearest underground station, do remember Lisbon is a very hilly city and it’s an uphill walk from the station to the hotel.

I liked very much the lovely welcome I received with the staff and to receive a cold champagne after a very hot train journey from Porto was so appreciated! The server was so kind and smiling at us and we enjoyed this welcome very much. The room was so comfortable and clean and smelled very good. The swimming pool view room was so lovely to look at. I swam in the beautiful pool and the water was very comfortable temperature. Thanks so much!

Property was in a great location. Front end staff were professional and made check in easy complete with a glass of complimentary champagne. Pool side was relaxing, low key and private. Beds were a little older and grooved which made sleep with the split King sized bed. Luz weekend bruch was fantastic with excellent, fresh made/grown food for every palate.

Good hotel for city tour bus terminal start point. Good overall facilities breakfast excellent and evening meal nice quality and presentation. Outdoor pool should open earlier. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would recommend for long weekend visit to Lisbon.

This was one of the most disappointing so called 5 star properties that I stayed in. The room cleanliness was okay, but the hallways and other common areas were filthy. For a 5 star hotel, no water provided in the rooms or slippers for use in the bathroom. There were water fountains in the hallway, but who wants to trace outside at 1am when you have just landed after a long flight. The manager on duty did contact me and try to make amends, which is appreciated, but the state of the hotel did not make for a pleasant arrival.

Hotel com boa localização, mas não é 5 estrelas, deveria ser classificado no maximo; 3,5 ou 4 estrelas. Quarto razoavel, com ar condicionado barulhento.
