Easy to go everywhere in warsaw, Especially the main sightseeings and malls. Junior suite has the view of the lights in the hotel instead of outside view. Fine breakfast and pleasant staffs.

Very nice property in the heart of Warsaw. Good dining options and nice rooms.

Tolles Hotel, sehr gute Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Zimmerservice außergewöhnlich gut, wir waren sehr angetan und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Highly recommended stay. I would certainly return for my next visit. I encountered an error with my reservation. The front desk employee, Wenika, provided exceptional assistance in resolving my issue and alleviating any concerns I had. It was the best customer service I have ever experienced. Additionally, Patuyya (I am uncertain if I spelled it correctly) progressed the situation smoothly. The location is great, but there was some construction on site that caused noise early in the morning.

Beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast and very accommodating staff ready to help you at any moment. Even when accidents happen at 2 AM (throwing up from car sickness), the new sheets and the duvet were there within five minutes!

I loved this hotel, very close to the entertainment district within Warsaw, easy walking distance to many attractions and sites. The hotel has services such as breakfast and you can make dinner reservations in the restaurant, easy to work with staff that will easily accommodate request such as taxi services etc. The room that I received was mind blowing!! I chose the King 1 bedroom suite and it did not disappoint!! Luxury mixed with modern touches!! It was just as the pictures shown.. The one picture they don’t show is that in the Livingroom of this suite the ceiling is glass which made for incredible night views. If you’re from the states and traveling to Poland for the first time consider staying at this hotel for your stay!

Certes un t’es bel hôtel design avec de superbes chambres et un personnel adorable. Mais trop bruyant de partout la nuit. Entre les bars la rue la discothèque impossible de dormir spécialement les week-ends. Quel dommage

Um 14 h wollten wir einchecken, was nicht ging, da erst 15 h Checkin möglich ist. Okay, kann ich verstehen. Als wir dann um 18 h zurück im Hotel waren, hieß es dann, dass unsere vor Monaten gebuchte Suite mit Bettsofa für die erste Nacht nicht zur Verfügung stehen würde. Stattdessen hätten sie ein Zimmer mit Zustellbett für uns und am nächsten Tag könnten wir umziehen. Das hätte man uns schon um 14 h sagen können, daher war ich etwas angesäuert. Da der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption aber sehr nett war und meinte, das Zimmer hätte eine schöne Aussicht, war es okay. Das Zimmer war durch ein raumhohes Fenster und ein Oberlicht sehr hell und durchgestylt. Das Bad war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da der Einstieg in die Badewanne sehr hoch ist und die Dusche sehr niedrig angebracht ist. Deswegen hatten wir auch extra die Suite mit Dusche gebucht. Das Hotel insgesamt ist architektonisch gesehen ein Traum und auch das Design ist super. Das Housekeeping ist sehr gut. Wir würden hier wieder wohnen. Aber eine Buchung von einer Suite ohne Kompensation umzubuchen, geht leider nicht.

Boutique hotel with few rooms at the most convenient location in Warsaw, but within quiet, pleasant and safe neighborhood. Impressive historical architecture, blended with modern design and contemporary conveniences . Excellent restaurant.

Top Hotel, tolles Frühstück

Hotel indigo was lovely and modern, located near popular shopping and restaurant area. A bit far from the old town, but we did walk there a few times. Breakfast was delicious and different than the normal American fare. We loved it. Lobby was beautiful and comfortable and the bar was great too. Bartender was nice and friendly and made great drinks. Room was modern and comfortable. The light switches were very odd though, and hard to figure out. You would try to turn on a specific light and instead the whole room would go dark. Also, we like a cool room for sleeping and couldn’t get the AC to cool much, if at all. It was comfortable for the day, but at night under a heavy duvet it was too warm. Beds and pillows and bedding were all very comfortable, and our room was serviced daily without problem. All hotel staff were very friendly and nice. All in all we were satisfied and liked the hotel
