Everything was excellent except that when booking thru Expedia it appears there is a roof top pool but it hasn’t existed for 2 years per the hotel staff

Our family stayed here and they were very helpful with providing a crib for us. They helped with cabs and recommended tapas spots to us. The staff was great and the courtyard was lovely.

Loved our stay at the Icon Roseto! We had a beautiful room that was clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and we loved the outdoor seating area. Will be back next time we are in Palma!

Sehr schönes Hotel, alles sehr gepflegt und Zimmer sehr sauber, alles top modern. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Lage super und Bushaltestelle in naher Gehdistanz. Sehr zu empfehlen

A fantastic hotel run by the nicest staff from the front desk to breakfast staff to house staff. Great location too. The front desk staff in particular were who we spoke with most - Angela, Enrique, May - clearly very professional at their job but equally the nicest people and very informative - anything you want to ask about Palma/attractions etc - they know or can find out.

Excellent stay. The hotel has the perfect location in the Old Town. Everywhere is walkable from the hotel. Loads of nice eateries and bars in the area. Only negative was at night the aircon was turnt to heat mode and this made the room uncomfortable if you like a cool room. Couldn’t be turned off as it was centrally controlled. I’m

Great location for Palma & the old town, on a quiet side street just a minutes walk from everything you need. Rooms very clean and modern. Shame that the roof terrace wasn’t open (apparently under renovation), or communicated on booking, I’m sure it will be wonderful once complete.

Beautiful hotel in the old town and tasty breakfast. Lots of dinning options around as it’s very well located. May at reception was so welcoming. My friend and I had the best time and would definitely come back

A cute little boutique hotel in a great location.

Great location , enabling you to walk easily to key locations. Lots of beautiful cafes and restaurants nearby. Enjoyed breakfast. Staff friendly and efficient. What I liked least, was some chair fabrics such as in reception area were grubby. On arrival to room there was a smell of sweat. The shower grouting needs a deep clean. This did not impact on our overall stay.

All staff exceptional , friendly and helpful, especially May and Angela and all the breakfast ladies, everyone we met really. All worked hard. Breakfast good and could get freshly made fried eggs and omelettes. Very close to eveything all walkable within about 20 minutes. Bus routes and hop on hop off bus stops in placa mercat 1 minute away.

The hotel was a lovely old convent that is up a quiet alley just off the main area. The staff were wonderful. The breakfast offered lots of choice and there is an outside courtyard that has tables, couches, heaters and a staff that caters to you. The room was very clean and really quiet. We were on the third/top floor and there is an open deck on the roof that was not available in March. We really enjoyed everything about this property. When we left, there was a bag with breakfast for us.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer sauber. Leider ließ sich die Badezimmertüre nicht vollständig schließen… Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und lecker und die Lage des Hotels für einen Städtetrip hervorragend!

Das ganze Team war von Anfang an sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Dachterrasse sticht als Merkmal ebenfalls hervor, aber vor allem das aussergewöhnlich reichhaltige Fürhstücksbuffet hat uns beeindruckt. Leider war wohl saisonalbedingt die Bar und das Restaurant noch nicht in Betrieb, so dass man durchgehend auswärts essen gehen musste; da die Auswahl an guten und leistbaren Restaurant gross ist im Kern von Palma fällt dieser Umstand aber für einen Wochenaufenthalt vor Frühlingsbeginn nicht derart ins Gewicht.
