저는 여기서 1박을 묵었고 객실 4개를 예약했습니다. 친절한 직원, 간편한 체크인 및 체크아웃 절차, 가족, 커플, 지역 사회 모임에 적합한 분위기, 깨끗하고 아름다운 해변, 훌륭한 수영장, 아름다운 정원, 레스토랑의 음식이 매우 맛있어서, 이곳은 정말 방문할 가치가 있습니다. 😍😍😍😍😍

좋은 호텔이에요! 아주 깨끗하고 주방에 편의시설이 다 갖춰져 있어요. 객실도 넓고요. 해변가도 아름다워요! 모든 게 다 좋았어요.

서비스는 좋고 친절했고, 객실 시설도 괜찮았습니다. 다음에 또 올 수 있었으면 좋겠네요☺️

대부분 외국인이지만 현지인(INA)과 외국인을 구별하지 않는 서비스를 정말 존경합니다. 친절함에 있어서 차별이 없습니다. 계속 힘내세요, 친구 캐시. 시설은 매우 완벽하지만, 알파나 인도마트를 찾으려면 리조트에서 12km 이상 떨어져 있으므로 식료품을 챙겨가는 것이 좋습니다. 시설과 서비스 면에서 5점 만점에 5점입니다.

섬 지역에 위치해 있기 때문에 분위기가 조용한 것은 분명하지만, 여전히 아름다운 분위기와 특별한 편안함을 느낄 수 있습니다. 다만 음식에만 더 신경을 쓰면 됩니다.

이 호텔에 머물면서 아버지의 생일을 축하했는데, 틀린 선택은 아니었습니다. 그들은 그곳에서 시간을 보내는 것을 너무나 좋아했습니다.

전망이 너무 좋고 호텔방이 너무 편안해요!

One bedroom twin harga jauh lebih mahal tapi kamar sama hanya tempat tidur saja jadi 2 single bed. Padahal di kamar one bedroom dengan harga lebih murah bisa request 2 single bed. Aneh nya di tanggal yang berbeda. Antara one bedroom dan one bedroom twin harga nya sama.

Tidak bosen-bosen setiap nginap di Cassia 💜.

Cassia hotel is very clean, room also very clean but pillow is too soft. Need improvement on providing new water bottle type but not refill glass type. The breakfast is acceptable. The staff is friendly, nice pool, good activity Aqua Zumba, turtle release, night music. Overall good, worth a visit.

Good place but bad service. Also the worse thing is that they put two bedroom title on the type of room lists. But turns out they provide the twin bed on one room and expect us to order the extra bed by paying extra $ 70 (because we booked the room online). Thanks Cassia for the experience.

The check-in experience was really bad. I need to explain on what my Platinum status at Accor is entitled for. After they understood, they argue about my Accor Plus paid membership. It seems they are not trained for this, while Banyan Tree group is part of Accor membership. The problem settled, then I asked if I got an upgrade. The staff was so unfriendly responding that I could get an upgrade but I need to wait for undefined timing. I spent the time and had lunch in their restaurant, while keep checking if the room was ready. The staff keep saying since I asked for an upgrade, then I need to wait. It was 2.30 hours without any result, so I escalated the issue and asked to talked to the GM as their attitude was simply unacceptable. But they said I can just talked to the Assistant Manager, which I did and he kept saying the same thing. This was really not an Accor standard of service.

When we arrived and checked in, the reception said we had booked a one bedroom apartment even though our hotel voucher clearly stated that my booking was for a two bedroom apartment. After changing several people, one of them finally agreed to prepare a two bedroom apartment for us, but they needed time to prepare the room, so we had to wait and wait. We asked several times and waited for more than an hour, and finally the room was ready and we could go in. After entering the room, we are very satisfied, the room is very clean and spacious. Although the check-in process was a bit unpleasant, forget it.

Ruangannya bagus dan oke, hanya saja jika berenang tidak ada tempat mandi dan handuk bawa dari kamar.
