Amazing architecture and surroundings. Very comfy and well appointed rooms. Wonderful pool and garden. Let down by unbelievably expensive spa treatments and awful breakfast. Shame as if they had reasonable treatments we would have bought way more!

The retreat was the biggest flop that i ever seen with regard to the medical evaluations. The retreat is not worth the money. The spa makes mistakes in the schedules, they changed treatments without even asking if i could, and the nutritionist was always presenting a diet with foods i was intolerant to and that he knew so because he had my intolerance report with him. The room was nice and spacious but to me the beds were unconfortable because the matresses were to soft and its not good for the spine. I didnt slept properly. The service was confusing for 3 times at 4 oclock in the afternoon i had to ask to do thd room because they havent done it. The hotel is nice and has nice bizantine arquitecture and design. There is a lack of information between the concierge and the spa because one said one thing and the other the oposite in a loosing object situation. Anyway Beside some terapists that were professional and knew what they were doing, and some of the treatment the rest is not worth it for the travel and the money it costs.
