Hi, No Elevator in this Hotel. They were kind to carry our luggages up and down if we ask hotel people.Hotel room fragrance smell were too strong. Breakfast was good except for coffee. Thanks.

For our say, this was a convenient location. The price was very reasonable. The accommodations were simple, but sufficient. When we checked in, the room that we were assigned had been used and not prepared. That was kind of a bummer. But they got us into another room right away. The dinner at the restaurant on site was very good. It included appetizer, first course, main course, and dessert at a very reasonable price.

Nice room and helpful staff. WiFi did not work in our room, though. Not too long of a walk to the nearby Lidl or the metro station

Metrostation Linie B nahe (400m) Lebensmittel (Lidel 400m) Abgeschlossener Parkplatz direkt gegenüber, bei Hausnummer 41 klingeln, Tor wird dann vom hotel aus geöffnet. Das Hotel ist in Nr. 38. Durch die Nähe der Metro ist das Zentrum sehr gut zu erreichen. Tageskarte 7,-€. Gerne wieder.

Great place to stay if you are looking for value, cleanliness and convenient…15 minutes metro train to Termini train station…the facility is gated…so it is safe and decent location and premise…

Beautiful property with real flowers and plants all around. The place was very clean and nice with great service everyday with clean bed and towels. It was very convenient with the metro and bus station next to you. The area is not the best to look at but the hotel is locked up and very nice. There are not many areas to eat around you or stores.

soluzione molto confortevole a pochi passi dalla metropolitana

Ok hotel, but the pictures are not how the room looks like at all. Our room was dark without any light in. There’s a “window” to have some air in the room located in the door only. Looks like there is a view in the pictures showing at the site. Some far from the main attractions of Rome, closest metrostation is Rebbibia, end of the line. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, but the smell when we checked in was absolutely horrible. Probably the cleaning detergent they use that smells bad.

Die Fotos der Unterkunft entsprechen nicht der Realität. Es wird zwar durchweg renoviert, aber für die Fotos wurden wahrscheinlich nur die besten Zimmer genommen. In der Anlage selber wird nicht wirklich gepflegt. Irgendwelches Zeug liegt rum und Tische rosten. Die Polster der Außenmöbel sind voller Katzenhaare. Alles in allem ist der Preis für 5 Übernachtungen mit 610,-€ ohne Frühstück überteuert.

Nella descrizione ci sono ristoranti nelle vicinanze a piedi “ visto la scarsa comodità per arrivare in auto” prezzi molto simili agli hotel del centro con zero comfort. Camera non finestrata e accessori bagno vecchi. Da un hotel tre stelle che chiede più di 84 euro mi aspetto di più.

Accoglienza, Servizio e Pulizia eccellente. Unico neo, trovasi in quartiere fuori mano con pochi servizi (niente Bar, Ristori o altro). Per fortuna la Struttura e' quasi attaccata alla linea Metro che in dieci minuti ti porta in pieno centro.

Struttura gradevole.Troppo vicina alla Tiburtina, pertanto un po' rumorosa durante le ore notturne.

Quarto confortável, extremamente limpo e tranquilo. Check-in e check-out fáceis. Equipa muito simpática. A 4 minutos do metro. Gostei.

Vicinissima alla metro Rebibbia, ottimo per chi deve spostarsi in zona
