It was so comfortable and beautiful moment in my memory at The Coleridge hotel during stay. Staffs are very friendly and helpful to me. I thank them and highly recommend !

Absolutely loved our stay at The Coleridge. Staff were so helpful & friendly with advice on dining & travel freely given, which was greatly appreciated. Room was excellent and we would definitely stay here again if visiting Malta in the future...which l am sure we will !

Lovely hotel, rooms are big and have everything you need and staff go above and beyond to help you and give advice on the area and places to visit. My husband had a accident on a path and the staff, manager and Feadora could have not have done more to ease the situation and canot praise them all enough. A fab hotel and staff!!!

One of the nicest personnel of any hotels that we have stayed in. Fedora and her team made sure we are comfortable. This is perfect family hotel.

The hotel is very convenient right in the heart of Valletta. The rooms are large and combine modern facilities and traditionally and well decorated rooms. The room we were in, however, needed maintenance. The bedroom door handle was broken, resulting in us briefly being locked out of the bedroom and despite promises otherwise it was never fixed. The tap was wobbly and one of the towel hooks was missing. For a luxury hotel we expected better. The staff very friendly and helpful, but there were too many errors made. Their first communication named a different hotel to the one we were staying and they sent a taxi to pick us up on the completely wrong date, resulting in a very unhappy taxi driver. They don’t provide a 24-hour reception and instead they provide an access number to get in if you arrive late. They sent us the wrong code so we couldn’t get in. As you can imagine this caused us a lot of stress the evening we arrived. Each of these errors were corrected but it didn’t lead a great experience of the service.

Great location and wonderful helpful staff

The room was renovated and has an unforgetable charm. The hotel itself is located in quite district but close to all tourist destinations in Valleta and the best for me as well to the main bus station with connections to entire Malta. Stuff was very friendly, always helpful. One small minut is the soundproof maltese balcony which is not ideal and you here everything whats going on outside.

Great location, everywhere in Valletta seemed to be no further than a 10 minute walk away and many great restaurants were just minutes away. amazing hotel as well, the hotel team were so friendly and knowledgeable. Would stay here again.

It’s a beautiful boutique hotel with great history and centrally located. The staff is incredibly helpful. I would have stayed longer but it was booked for the weekend!

The Coleridge is a lovely boutique hotel. Our room, Christabel, was actually two rooms. A small anteroom contained the television and room to sit, which lead to a large shower room with a waterfall shower and hand spray. The bedroom was extremely spacious and beautifully decorated with a small balcony area.

Our room was stylishly decorated and spacious. The Coleridge is conveniently located in the heart of Villetta. The staff is most helpful and friendly. There is a cozy basement breakfast area, but please note this is not a full-service hotel with 24-hour service. There is no lobby and the elevator stops between floors, so some lugging of suitcases up a few stairs is required. The hotel's owners and staff are eager to help and insisted on handling the suitcases on our arrival. They also were most helpful in providing us an overview of the area and great recommendation for a spa. If you're looking for a central place with spacious accommodations, you won't be disappointed. If you're looking for a full-service hotel with room service, restaurant and public areas, this is not it. It is more like an upscale guest house that can provide personal service as there are only a few guests at any time in the building. The Coleridge also arranged for us a taxi to meet us at the port and another to bring us to the airport on our departure. Overall, it was a most pleasant experience,

Séjour parfait ✨ La localisation est idéale pour découvrir la Valette à pied, sortir dîner, danser, faire du shopping. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et les chambres sont dans un style local très bien décorées et spacieuses. Cet hôtel possède seulement 6 chambres ce qui permet un réel service sur mesure. Nous avons été admirablement bien accueillis et comblés d’attentions. Nous avons séjourné dans un environnement très chaleureux et nous avons été très bien conseillés et guidés pour notre séjour. Aujourd’hui même les plus beaux hôtel ne possèdent pas un service aussi qualitatif et adapté. Quel bonheur de ne pas être un simple numéro parmi d’autres clients. Un réel plaisir d’être tombés par hasard sur cet hôtel.

The main asset are the staff, they will do everything for you, any issue that we had they fix straight away, gave good recommendations and assistance, the room was spacious and the bathroom was excellent, and everything was spotless clean, If there is one thing that they can improve is that the room is very dark, maybe to add a strong light in the middle and another one inside the cupboard
