I've been surprised by the quality and customer service! Very beautiful hotel, food was amazing, free pool and beach, that usualy is quite expensivein that area. Highly recommend!

If you like to sleep at night, this is NOT the place for you. The nightclubs are so close the music pounds through the walls. This is not a hotel to relax in. This is a hotel for the all night party crowd.

Good hotel but bad servicies!Bad services in the restaurants,the room service was not available after weekend(never mentioned this at check in). Good facilities!

As always they are one of the best. Modern clean hotel. Free overed Parking, heated pool, room service, free sunbeds at the beach (but the beach not great).

A premiere vue, l hotel semble seduisant avec de belles onstallations et une belle vue sur le lac. Apres ca, beaucoup de negatifs avec une femme de menage qui vous reveille chaque jour a 9h pour faire la chambre....et quand vous lui refusez, cette dame ne fait pas le menage de la journee. Et comme on refuse de le faire en votre presence...vous etes priés de partir. A cela vous ajoutez un manque d insonoridation flagrant puisque une avenue tres passante longe l hotel. En bref, une experience ratée
