Amazing hotel, staff were so lovely! The food is very tastey and flavourful. The pools were abit cooler but still okay to have a swim in. The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much!!!!

Really nice hotel which was let down by management deciding to start shutting down the resort for the end of season half way through our stay. Two of the three non-buffet restraints had closed 3 days before our departure . Spin and other classes finished 4 days before our departure.

Very stylish, looks like new. Extensive large pool are and the beach. Food was amazing and there are 4 restaurants for dinning. We loved the Asian restaurant, very high quality. Overall great holidays!

Das Hotel bietet einen soliden Standard und überzeugt insgesamt durch eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die engagierten und freundlichen Mitarbeiter, die stets bemüht sind, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Poolanlage ist gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Ein echtes Highlight ist die Entsafterbar – eine erfrischende Alternative zu den sonst üblichen, übersüßten Fertigsäften. Das Animationsprogramm für Kinder war in Ordnung, wenn auch ohne besondere Highlights. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel für einen entspannten Urlaub mit der Familie, bei dem Service und kleine Details den positiven Gesamteindruck abrunden.

Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind wunderbar. Auch die verschiedenen Bars und Restaurant waren sehr gut.

Speisenangebot am Buffet immer recht ähnlich, leider nur sehr wenig landestypische Auswahl und sehr wenig Sea-Food. Alles andere Top!!!

I felt like I died and went to heaven. This resort was the perfect ending to our time on Crete. The staff were abundant and went above and beyond. There was always an option and abundance of food and premium drinks available. I would highly recommend. Excellent resort for families with children and teens.

Wir waren das zweite Mal im Euphoria . Hier weiß ich was ich für mein Geld bekomme. Modernes Hotel, Mega Zimmer, super Wasserpark. Tolles All In Hotel wo keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Es ist ein sehr ruhiges Hotel ohne lästige Animation. Auch der Getränkeservice am Strand ist einfach fantastisch. So möchte ich jedes Jahr Urlaub machen.

The most beautiful hotel complex I’ve ever stayed at. Great variety of food and drinks. Staff accommodating and friendly. Loads of space - never an issue finding a sunbed. Would stay again in a heartbeat !!

The facilities are very nice, and it’s a beautiful hotel. But the service was definitely not 5 stars. It’s hard to get food and water outside of the buffet opening hours. So for instance if you want to have a snack between 16 and 18:30 it’s only possible to get chips or nuts from the pool bar. If you want water bottles before 10:00 you have to go to the reception. If we wanted to eat by the pool it was only possible to go to snack bar between 13 and 16 and bring it yourself. By the kids waterpark area the only food choice is pork gyros which with no vegetarian options. We also noticed that food was not clearly labeled for dietary restrictions and allergies. We personally did not get guide of the hotel until we personally asked for one after 2 days, which created some embarrassing moments for us at the a la carte restaurant. Through the whole trip I felt I had to ask what services and facilities they had, no one told you about the hotel to make the stay easier. In general we just did not get the feeling of being at a 5 star hotel all inclusive hotel. We choose the travel form because it’s easy with kids, and I don’t feel they provided that. I’d probably get the same experience at a 3 or 4 star hotel for a lot cheaper.
