Loud noise outside our room, on the street, until after 3 in the morning

Although small quarters, everything provided was very new and well kept. Best bed n 12 days!

Fourth stay - loved it.

This was our third stay at this hotel. We enjoy the comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff and the good breakfasts. It is well placed inside the walls of the old town and in easy walk to good restaurants (if a bit touristy) and some good coffee shops and so on. The shopping area is great (so my wife tells me) although we don't do much of that while we are there. Previously we have taken a car but parking around the hotel is difficult so this time we left the car and used taxis and buses as necessary. If you want a comfortable room with good facilities and a king size bed this could be for you. We recommend.

Loved the hotel, and the staff. I rated 4/5 because there were not enough vegan options for breakfast (the cost of breakfast is included in the room rate). Also, it was difficult to find parking. The lot that the hotel recommends was full, on 2 different days, so we had to find street parking and risk getting a ticket.

Great hotel in the centre

Very convenient location, spacious and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast and a wonderful rooftop restaurant. Excellent hotel all round.

Schrecklich ich bat um ein ruhiges zimmer Abends hört am die Straße nachts machen die gäste krach Wenn die zimmertüren geöffnet werden ist es als ob die anderen gäste im eigenen zimmer stehen!!! Echt schlimm Nie wieder

The people at Sunny Villas are great!! They go out of their way to make sure the guests are taken care of and will help with whatever is needed. The hotel has the best views of both the famous Santorini sunset and the Caldera… very tranquil and peaceful. Would highly recommend Sunny Villas to anyone looking to stay in Santorini

the hotel is in a central location. the staff are invaluable and willing to help, Delicious daily breakfast.

Congestion in and around Heraklion is insane. We stayed 4 days and had to park our car a mile away and walk back and forth. ZERO available parking near this hotel. The hotel needs to figure this out because the current situation is unacceptable. This is most unfortunate because the hotel itself is fantastic! Great staff, great room and close to a lot of shopping and dining options (walking). The construction outside added to the congestion and created a noisy and dirty enviro-ment outside the hotel. This is not the hotels fault, but it does contribute to the overall feeling of the stay.

Nice spot located close to museum and shopping. Breakfast included was great and served fast as we races to catch a flight.

Wonderful stay with beautiful rooms and very accomodating helpful staff.
