Yes we had a wonderful stay. The view of the ocean, pool, & Panama City across the water was excellent from a lovely big balcony. The buffet breakfast was EXCELLENT. Taxis at the ready & cheap to take us anywhere we wished. Staff wonderful Michelle at the pool area, Nelino at the breakfast - in fact all staff very friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Die Panaviera Sky Bar war leider geschlossen. Geht gar nicht, weil ich das Hotel wegen der tollen Panaviera Sky Bar ausgesucht habe, sonst ein tolles Hotel.

The room was perfect

The room was great but we did not like entering into a bathroom as you enter into the room. The shower leaked water out and the bathroom ( toilet) door did not close properly. The amenities were excellent and we were treated very well. Food was also great.

I booked a Deluxe Room, 1 King Bed, Sea View. The listing shows a bath tub but the room did not have it. The listing shows a sea view from angle looking hard left 90 degrees which is not a realistic angle to sit and see. Instead your view is directly at other buildings. Check is a complete mess. Registration on the 16th floor?! There were no signs to say where registration is in either the lobby or on the 16th floor. This rooftop pool... I was never able to find it. I did find a door for a pool, area but says it closed at 9pm! Registration never gave any information about the property, where things are, restaurants, nothing. I parked in the garage and at 530am I need to leave and this little ticket I got will not raise the gate. There is also nobody there in person. After pressing the button for help the gate lifted a few minutes later. Nice property and amenities but the room is also small and basic. The price is very top of the market for a very low level experience. Never again.
