El hotel es lindo, buena ubicación pero en nuestra habitación no funcionaba la caja fuerte, la cafetera y me robaron unos audífonos bosé de diadema con todo su estuche, estoy esperando que me contacte alguien de el hotel para que me de información al respecto.

Friendly staff, clean property, good lication

The hotel was beautiful, but I think the staff could do a better job explaining things to guests when they arrive. I had to ask several times about different areas and services in the hotel, such as the pool, elevators for guests and residents, and other important information. Overall, everyone was polite, but better communication and guidance would make the experience much more comfortable for guests.

Only issue I had was the AC was too cold…..literally. April 23-27, 2026 Very nice view of the city and ocean at the poolside area

Very clean room, staff is very

Modern and clean hotel in Panama City, right downtown. Lobby is on the 15th floor, with the rooms above and restaurants on the 14th. Room was shaped differently (like a triangle) but the shower was very big and it also included a big tub. Good views from the giant windows. Staff was professional.

This is a great hotel. I stay here every time I visit Panama City.

Me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación a una mas pequeña porque la habitación que porque olia muy ma a humedad, le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento al hotel y el buffet incluido es limitado.

Modern facilities that is clean. Elevators suboptimal, with potential long waits during busy hours and stopping at multiple levels inexplicably with no one coming on or off. Setup of shower and toilet is very strange.

The pool area made the hotel and made it worth it. The rooms were very damn and musty.
