객실이 깨끗하고 쾌적하였습니다.

It is located in the center of Warsaw. Near to Warsaw Central Station. You can get to Old Town, łazienki Garden and lots of places in 10 to 15 minutes by bus. I do not feel the personnels at the desk are kind enough. But they are not rude either. The room is quite spacious and clean. You can check out by pad on your room. I recommend this hotel for both business and family trip.

Best Hotel ever.

여기 정말 대왕추천입니다... 관광지랑 조금 떨어져있지만 바르샤바 자체가 작기 때문에 다 걸어다닐 수 있고 버스랑 트램 정류장도 3분 내로 있어요. 무엇보다 깔끔하고 또 깔끔합니다. 카펫있는 호텔 극혐하는데 여기는 마루 바닥에 침대 있는 곳만 카펫 있어서 더 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 유럽 호텔들이 대부분 낡고 비싼 데 비해 여기는 신식이고 가격도 괜찮았어요. 너무 신식이라 방 안에 있는 태블릿 피씨로 전화나 시스템 같은 걸 이용하는데 그게 좀 어려웠는데 별로 문제 되지는 않아요. 조식은 안 먹어서 모르겠고..직원들은 오바쌈바 떨면서 막 친절한 건 아니고 그렇다고 불친절 하지도 않았어요. 아무런 불만 없었습니다.

Personal war unfreundlich, hat uns nie gegrüßt beim eintreten und verlassen des Hotels. Zudem haben wir ein premium Zimmer mit großem Bett gebucht (180cm), aber unser Bett war dann nur (160cm). Wir mussten insgesamt bei 4 Tagen Aufenthalt m, 3 Mal das Zimmer wechseln. Wir können den Aufenthalt auf keinen Fall empfehlen. Für unsere nächste Reise nach Warschau buchen wir wieder im Sofitel.

Room was impeccable, sauna and a provided Tuesday body scrub were amazing! Points take away for non-textile sauna- not everyone is comfortable naked in public. Amazing choice of tea and coffee in the lobby, restaurant seems very nice. Amenities in the hotel are great and points for pads and tampons in the boxes provided- huge plus!
