여러 번 이곳에 묵었는데 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 하지만 이번 7월 숙박은 만족스럽지 못했습니다. 호텔의 위생 시설, 팬트리, 벽이 제대로 관리되지 않은 것 같습니다. 아이들을 데리고 가기에는 적합하지 않습니다. 앞으로 더 나아지기를 바랍니다.

잘 관리되지 않아요. 엘리베이터가 작동하지 않아요.

방이 너무 나쁘고 냄새도 심해요

매우 저렴한 가격, 외부 객실이지만 숙박이 아닌 날에만 잠을 자기에 적합합니다. 방을 더 편안하게 만들기 위해 욕실을 개조해야 할 수도 있습니다.

방은 냄새가 심하고, 침실은 먼지가 많고, 욕실은 관리가 안 되어 있고, 모든 게 다 나빴어요. 위치는 괜찮았어요.

매우 형편없는 호텔, Traveloka가 여전히 추천하고 예약을 받는다고는 상상할 수 없습니다. 욕실이 너무 더럽고, 방이 너무 작지만, 여전히 매우 비쌉니다. Traveloka가 APP에 양질의 호텔을 넣는 것은 그 형편없는 호텔이 아니라 책임져야 한다고 생각합니다...

이 호텔은 사실 최고입니다. 슬프게도 옥상은 관리하기 힘들어 보입니다. 하지만 전반적으로 객실은 매우 편안하고 수영장은 훌륭합니다. 꼭 다시 올 것입니다.

Lokasinya enak sekali tapi sayang tempatnya kurang begitu terawat. Harganya memang gak mahal tapi lebih baik lagi kalau tempatnya dirawat dan harganya bisa jadi naik juga. Kolam renangnya juga kotor sekali. Untuk kamarnya cukup luas.

방은 실제로 괜찮습니다. 매일 청소합니다. 색상이 더 이상 흰색이 아니기 때문에 옷장에 특별한 관리가 필요합니다. 숙소와 시설이 방 가격에 상당히 만족해야 하기 때문에 떠나는 것은 부끄러운 일입니다. 서비스는 괜찮습니다. 방이 준비되면 체크인할 수도 있습니다.

The room size is quite big and comfort for couple. But, the service is poor and the interior was old. Need to maintain the lift, access door, water heater. It might be wise to renovate the whole building. I found out the location was quite good for holiday because most of the entertainment area were close. I think Umalas can be compete with other competitor if only after the renovation.

Pertama masuk, luas, bersih, nyaman. Kolam bersih. Bikin betah berlama lama stay disini. Pasti balik lagi kalau ke Bali

Lift mati sudah lama, kotor, perabot sudah tua2, receptionist digantikan help boy bau keringat badan melayani, westafel macet total, seprei tua banget sudah berubah warna dari putih jadi krem.

The staff are friendly and helpful, it isn't their fault, it is just the building isn't well maintained! The first room that we got was moldy and smelly and only one room left and it didn't get any better 😭 the sink is eww, the bathroom is smelly, the AC was noisy. The room light was so blurry and dark, no happy vibe at all:(we don't even want to sit on the couch, in fact it looks like it was the only thing that was clean, even the pillow sheet isn't white. We just booked for 2 nights, but end up check out in few hours because we can't stand it!

Sangat buruk saya mendapat kamar yang teriblendan seram. Banyak noda di sprei yang sangat membuat tidak nyaman dan merasa jijik. Sampai saya harus checkout segera dan tidak menempatinya untuk bermalam. Tolong diperhatikan ya.

Hotel yang cocok untuk keluarga, luas dan nyaman, hanya kemarin problemnya di saluran TV saja, isinya gerimis dan semut semua. Untuk alat dapur bisa minta dan lapor dulu apa-apa saja yang dibutuhkan. Untuk kamar mandi sebenarnya aman hanya saja bathtub tidak bisa ditutup saluran airnya sehingga hanya bisa mandi biasa. Suasananya sangat tenang. Next mau staycation di sini lagi deh.

Ac mati, sudah di service mati lagi, tidak ada 24/7 resepsionis. Alhasil tidur tanpa ac.
