시설도 좋고 직원 서비스도 좋아요.

이 호텔에서의 숙박은 정말 즐거웠습니다. 객실은 정말 깨끗하고 편안했고, 직원들은 모두 친절하고 도움을 많이 주었습니다. 호텔의 다른 시설은 이용해보지 못했지만, 이 호텔에 꼭 다시 오고 싶습니다.

저희 가족은 소가족과 함께 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 3인실에 묵었는데, 조식이 포함되어 있었습니다. 호텔 입구는 안내 표지판이 없어 썩 마음에 들지 않았지만, 로비에 들어서는 순간 분위기가 확 바뀌었습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원분은 정말 친절했고, 저희의 요청 사항을 잘 들어주셨습니다. 객실은 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 조식 메뉴는 제한적이었지만 맛은 정말 좋았습니다. 이 호텔에 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

I like swimming pool here because it's a long pool. Gym also is sufficient even not so spacious. Breakfast just good in terms of taste and varieties, not very good. Room not so big not so small for twin bed room. Just the mattress not too soft for me, it's lil bit hard. Toilet also is very so-so no fancy decoration but the toiletries is just nice.

Finding the hotel was a hassle as the MRT is being built.

Great service by hotel staff. Had a small issue with the first room assigned, thankfully the staff were receptive to feedback and made arrangements for us to stay in another room that had better amenities. Room service food was great and affordable as well. Enjoyed our stay!

Saya agak kecewa sebab pada mulanya saya diberitahu kolam renang boleh digunakan tetapi bila anak-anak saya ingin ke kolam renang diberitahu kolam di tutup. hello? jika cakap awal2 bkn ke senang kami decide.

Harga bilik yang dibayar tidak berbaloi dengan perkhidmatan dan perabot di dalam bilik.

rooms were not clean carpet had stains all over no proper tissue kept it's not the same style as it use to be very disappointing

Had the most pleasant stay here. Bedroom was spacious and comfortable.

I stayed for one night for my biz trip. My room was at 9th floor. My bad experience is that there were few people smoking at the corridor and lift lobby area making the whole floor smell of cigaratte smoke. I wish that the hotel management should looking seriously in this matter. It is an offence for a person to smoke in smoking prohibited areas in Malaysia.

Hotel dg kamar cukup luas dan bersih. Sayang nya... staff nya kurang deh. Saat kami tiba... kami jd bingung mencari bell boy utk membawa luggage kami. Tp msh ok lah.... mrk juga baik dan ramah. Saat kami cek out dan ada sedikit keterlambatan dipihak kami... mrk pun memberi additional time 30 menit utk packing. Next time kalo ke klang lagi... hotel premiere akan menjadi pilihan utama kami.

Got a free room upgrade due to my special request room for large bed are full. The food were delicious and very nice.
