Hotel and environment overall are good. One thing I don't like is what special remark I have requested is not able to fulfil which is I requested is a king size bed. I was checking in not later than 3.3pm.

well maintain resort & nice rain forest view with the fish pond, but too pricey for hotel without breakfast, gym & kids zone.

Very nice ambiance and feeling calm surrounded by nature. The interior and overall hotel is very basic and can be improved. A good place to relax and escape from busy life.

Room access card being blocked (at 11.45) before checkout time (12pm), made us trapped outside the room. Aircond suddenly turned off in the middle of night. Aircond's remote can't be use. In the bathroom: sinki is cracked, water tap is loose. Dirty mattress, can be seen if you remove the bed sheet.

the family room mattress no so comfortable, we can feel the spring of mattress.

The landscape and surroundings is quite relaxing and admiring. Lacking of restaurant inside the villa because the café is closed during my visit.

Ini kali kedua saya pergi ke villa sentosa cuma untuk kali kedua saya menginap di villa, keadaan villa luas, cantik, cuma perabot keadaan nampak agak kurang bersih, kotoran cicak merata, kumbang dibiarkan di luar, ini menyebabkan anak-anak berasa takut., namun apapun makanan memang terbaik.

So peaceful. Beautiful. Originality. So awesome
