저는 제라이 힐의 전망에 반했어요

숙박 시설은 괜찮고... 레스토랑 음식도 괜찮은 편입니다. 다만 음식 준비와 타이밍이 개선되면 좋겠습니다.

전망이 정말 최고였어요! 이 리조트 주변의 꽃과 자연이 정말 좋아요. 방학 때랑 공휴일에 갔는데, 낮에는 다른 손님들이 너무 많아서 사람이 너무 많아요. 체크인 시간까지 기다리는 동안 묵을 곳이 없었어요. 위가 좀 추울 줄 알았는데, 실제로는 기온이 똑같았어요. ㅎㅎ 스웨터는 필요 없었어요. 한 시간 일찍 체크인했는데 모든 게 다 좋았어요. 다만 방에 에어컨이 없어서 좀 더웠어요.

이 리조트에 반했어요.. 꼭 다시 올 거예요.. Jerai Hill Resort의 환대에 감사드립니다..

이곳에서의 숙박은 즐거웠지만, 한 가지 아쉬웠던 점은 리셉션 직원이 안내한 방향으로는 방으로 가는 길을 알 수 없다는 것이었습니다. 계단은 절반밖에 올라가지 않았고, 그 다음은 계단이 없는 좁은 길(sloth)이었습니다. 리셉션 홀로 돌아와 직원에게 다시 확인하고 우리가 마주친 상황을 설명했더니, 직원은 초조하게도 같은 방향을 가리키며 그 길이라고 우겼습니다. 결국 짐이 많았지만, 우리는 모험을 떠났습니다. 제 여동생은 뚱뚱하고 무릎에 문제가 있어서 짐을 두 바퀴나 들고 좁은 길까지 내려와야 했습니다. 그리고 여동생에게 돌아와 천천히 좁은 길을 걸어 내려가는 것을 도왔습니다. 그리고 뜨거운 햇볕 아래 뒤쪽에서 더 먼 오르막길을 걸어 땀을 뻘뻘 흘리며 방에 도착했습니다. 나중에 알고 보니 길은 직원이 안내한 방향이 아니라 큰길에서 더 아래쪽에 있었습니다. 직원이 어떻게 고객의 안전을 무시할 수 있겠습니까? 직원이 안내한 곳이 길이라고 우겼습니다.

Everything's perfect! Nice getaway.

The room is so run down, no maintenance. The toilet is dirty and the sink is clogged. Paying so much of $ but the condition of the room is worse than 3 star hotel room.

Walau jalan nk naik tu mencabar bila sampai atas memang tak rugi. Berbaloi sangat-sangat. Family friendly. I'm sure one fine day nak datang lagi. makanan pun sedap. But you have to spend skit la. Tapi berbaloi sebab sedap.

Good view and cool temperature but be sure to ask room with clear view not with one with only tree that I stayed.

It's a nice hotel in Gunung Jerai. Very nice view and great ambiance. I love the weather there. Chill and cool. I just spend one night and I guess its enough. The breakfast is so so. Nice stay!

Stayed in executive room, glad was given room 126 for my mom so she doesn't have to walk that far to the room. Food was ok foe breakfast bit for lunch we have to wait for a long time as there are too many guests at that time. Beautiful and well maintained room and surrounding area. Perfect place for short break.

very good environment for those searching for natural view. The only complaint was, their water heater using centralize tank (i think). so when come to peak time (such late evening / night) the water was not enough heat. Breakfast was fair but lower than my expactation for such rm200++/night hotel

Overall stay was good The view and surrounding so much beautiful Staff - kind and polite But breakfast must have so much improvement, because it was tasteless, no one of the menu meet the expectation as 4 star Resort

Sangat sesuai untuk pecinta alam semula jadi.

Everything was great except they refuse to change our towel. They will not let us change unless we pay. It doesn't make sense cause swimming pool is provided and they expect us to use the same towel throughout our whole stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Beautiful scenery, cool environment. Enjoyed hiking trails around the resort. Breakfast was nice. We wished that the hotel would offer bigger rooms for our family to stay together.

Pemandangan cantik, nyaman dan tak terlalu sejuk. Bilik pun selesa.

Room is clean and overall satisfied with the resort.
