전체 평가 및 리뷰 Belvilla Y Resort Near Central Ubud

형편없는 아침 식사, 양이 너무 적고 종류도 적고, 수영장은 더럽고, 객실에 결함이 너무 많고, 상태 때문에 일찍 체크아웃해야 했지만 직원들은 친절했고 캄푸한과 우붓 중심가와 가까운 좋은 지역이었습니다.

발코니가 있는 대표적인 객실입니다. 많은 식물이 당신을 시원하게 만들어줍니다.

호텔 간판이 명확하지 않고 "Belvilla Y"라고 완전히 쓰여 있지 않고 문자 "Y"만 적혀 있어 상당히 혼란스럽습니다. 나를 호텔까지 데려다준 오토바이 택시는 지점을 맞추지 못하거나, 너무 늦거나, 호텔 이름을 읽지 못하는 경우가 여러 번 있었다. Wi-Fi도 종종 느립니다. 때때로 방에 벌레가 들어오는 경우가 있습니다. 모든 방에는 벌레 스프레이나 도움이 될 수 있는 모든 것을 제공해야 직원을 기다릴 필요가 없습니다. 나머지는 괜찮습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 호텔 주변 분위기도 시끄럽지 않아 쉬기에 편안합니다.

제가 예약한 방은 제가 받은 방과 달랐습니다. 하지만 직원에게 불평을 한 후, 제가 예약한 방을 받았습니다. 직원은 친절했지만, 온수기가 25에 불과해서 뜨거운 물이 나오는 욕조에 몸을 담그는 데는 사용할 수 없습니다.

for service very good, fast response and helpful. The room is big and clean enough but the property inside look old and smell not good because the room look old and unmaintanance regularly. For me the room little bit scary especially in the bath room.

Boleh lah buat nyantai tapi di ubudini sangat sulit transportasinya pihak hotel juga enggan memanggilkan atau mencarikan transportasi. Masih menjadi misteri kenapa pihak hotel seperti merasa takut pada pihak lokal taksi service.

We stayed for 1 night. The staffs were helpful, AC worked well, swimming pool was clean. The resort is a line up of rooms and is beside a busy road. Breakfast was with the sound of cars and motorbikes and the view are cables and poles and 'shop for rent' across the hotel. I wish they could put up a higher wall to retain the sound and for guests to have breakfast without the depressing view. For the price that we paid, it didn't meet our expectation.

Overall was good experience. I was checked in late but still get warm welcome also welcome drink. The room is good quite spacious but the bathroom is bit small. Next day I was taking breakfast and I got birthday surprise from the staff. They made tasty pancakes. Thank you team for the nice gesture, really appreciated. The pool is also good, they have kids pool as well. Check in & Check out process was smooth. Cant wait to stay with Y Resort Ubud again.

Oke sih, cuma mungkin karena sudah agak lama propertinya keliatan sedikit tua. Receptionist-nya terutama yang laki-laki tidak ramah.

Saat check-in lama banget karena harus isi form dulu. Dan saya pesan kamar yang ada bathtub, Tetapi tidak diberikan dengan alasan sudah full kamar dengan bathub dan tidak ada solusi untuk itu dan kamar yang saya tempatin lantainya kotor. Staf di resepsionis sangat tidak bersahabat. Staf lain luar biasa pelayanannya dan ramah.

It's close to the Campuhan Ridge Walk. The best spot for tracking, jogging with your family and friends!

It's a wonderful place to stay, the hospitality is very excellent. I spent 2 nights at Y Resort with my family, all were satisfied and wish to come back again someday. location is very strategic, it's near to restaurant, warung, ubud shopping center. The swimming pool is good and clean as well.

This accommodation is near Ubud center. - Perfect location and affordable price. - Staffs are nice and friendly. - Got the room with bathtub. For 3 star hotel they have a comfort bathtub and wide bathroom. Will be back for next visit to Ubud

The hotel and the service were astonishing! Great room, great ambience, and super friendly staffs completed my amazing trip last weekend! Would definitely recommend this to everyone!

We stayed here (again) because of its good location related to the Ubud Food Festival 2019 we attended and to a relative’s house. Hotel staffs were helpful and super nice, parking spot was always available. Perhaps, a shower curtain could be installed. 🙂. Will stay there again.

I reserved room with a bathtub, but when I checked in, I didn’t get it. But, they’re doing such excellent service. I then got an upgraded room to a level above with a bath tub in it. Thank you Y Resort!

Kamar yang saya pesan ada bathtub tapi yang diberikan shower alasan nama kamar di aplikasi berbeda dengan di hotel. Padahal di aplikasi keterangan ada bathtub. Pesan makan lama, pelayanan lama. Selebihnya bagus. Kelebihan orang dikenakan charge 250rb/org udh plus extra bed. Krn ada kamar twin kosong, jdi diberikan kamar twin tnpa harus membayar charge.

Very nice and clean. Super suitable for family.
