직원과 경영진은 매우 친절하고 세심하며 사려 깊습니다. 그들은 항상 우리가 머무는 동안 행복하도록 노력합니다. 음식은 맛있고 아름답게 제공됩니다. WOW 요소 중 하나는 저녁 식사 중에 우리 테이블에 가족 사진이 놓여 있다는 것입니다. 오후 일찍 찍은 사진입니다(네, 무료 사진 촬영이 있습니다!). 확실히 이 리조트에 다시 올 것입니다. 모든 plataran 팀에게 감사드립니다 💜.

The best ever villa and resort in Magelang.

Super love everything about this villa, we stay at duplex, and love the room, the facility and the staffs that is very friendly and attentive to our need, shout out to mas Shandy and mba Meria, we love you, and wish to spend for another holiday and celebration in this villa🩷

Bad experience about the Buttler, I think no need Buttler if the service like that.

Get a better room upgrade and not far from the restaurant and lobby. An interesting experience even though it was only one night, because it was very difficult to get a reservation on the weekend. Will be back with my daughter.

Sangat recommended. Service secara personal sangat memuaskan, sarapan pagi uenak uenak makanannya. Respon staff sangat cepat. Overall sangat recommended. Next ke yogya pasti menginap lagi 😁.

In general the hotel 's complex is green, comfy and air is fresh. However, the hotel property seems quite old. There are plenty of lizards (too many until I could not count and many of them with no tails), but the good side is that I only met one mosquito during my 2 nights stay. We were upgraded to Grand Spa Villa, but the facility and and experience were definitely not worth the price.

Resort ini sangat pas untuk liburan keluarga. Letaknya yang dekat dengan Borobudur menjadikan banyak alternatif hiburan untuk keluarga. Udara yang masih sejuk dan pemandangan perbukitan Menoreh semakin menyempurnakan resort ini. Ditambah servis yang ramah & memuaskan dari staff menjadikan ingin kembali ke resort ini. Ini sudah kunjungan kami yang ke-3 & rasanya tidak pernah bosan.

It’s our 3rd time staying here and it’s always wonderful. They keep upgrading the resort and make it more beautiful. Staffs are really nice and helpful, special thanks to pak fuad from front office who regularly check on us, offering help and asking how’s our room. Breakfast and afternoon tea always delicious. And in this pandemic situation they agree to send it to our villa. It’s all worthed. We’ll definitely come back.

로열 풀 스위트에서 그랜드 스파 스위트로 업그레이드해 주었습니다. 넓은 빌라에는 전용 식사 공간, 스파 방갈로, 그리고 메노레 언덕이 내려다보이는 잘 관리된 정원이 있습니다. 요청 시 객실 내 식사와 조식을 이용하실 수 있습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 배려심이 깊었으며, 어떤 직원들은 저희 이름을 기억해 주기도 했습니다. 플라타란 단지 내에는 여러 레스토랑이 있어 편리하게 이용할 수 있습니다. 플라타란 보로부두르와 모든 직원분들께 감사드립니다! 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다!

Kali ke 3 staycation di plataran grup, dan ini yang pertama ke pl borobudur, seperti pl lainnya, mulai dari kamar, aktivitas yang bisa dilakukan di resort, Dan servicenya selalu excellent.

Good resort, the service was excellent, first time in my life I got massage, welcome drink and snack (cookies) when we checked in. Plataran hotel group is the best hotel in Indonesia with local hospitality.. This hotel is the first choice if they are available in the area we will visit.. 😊👍
