I booked for Amansari Villa 1 month in advance and when I arrived, the reception made us wait for one hour by saying they haven’t got the reservation email yet about my booking. I’m disappointed, since it wasn’t our problem. We already paid everything and got the booking receipt, and when I showed it to them, they just didn’t care and still didn’t allow us to get our room. For almost one hour I said I booked this one month before and they just realized that they missed the email from Traveloka and they thought I made a last minute booking. Without apologising, they relocated us to another property, which is next to Amansari (Sari Villa) because Amansari was fully booked at that time. Sari Villa is not bad, but the thing I can’t tollerate is their bad management. Won’t stay at this place twice.

Kamar sesuai dengan yang diinginkan, sarapan enak.

Kamar luas, ada 2 bed juga, peralatan masak lengkap, yang kurang showernya di luar. Tapi recommended tempat ini.

Staying here 10 days. We got special price is only €23 per night. Our room is fantastic, just in front of it is the pool and cussion for sun bathing. Is like we stay in our private villa

Bathtub agak kurang bersih saat dipagi hari atau pas hujan.
