아주 좋았습니다. 다시 숙박하는 데 전혀 망설이지 않을 거예요.

침대가 매우 편안하고 위치도 괜찮습니다

직원들이 친절합니다. 호텔은 옛 빌라를 개조한 것 같습니다. 게스트하우스 같은 분위기입니다. 2층에는 넓은 발코니와 항구가 보이는 멋진 객실이 하나 있습니다. 저는 그 객실에 묵고 싶습니다! 직원들은 정말 훌륭하고... 저렴한 호텔입니다.

직원들이 매우 친절하게 옆방을 배정해주었습니다.

다 좋은데 샤워는 약해요.

생활 공간도 여행하기에 매우 편리합니다. 다만 방이 깨끗하지 않고 냄새도 나고 방음도 잘 안되고 시끄러워요. 직원 태도는 괜찮습니다.

방을 열었을 때 너무 놀랐어요.방은 정말 멋지고 침대는 정말 부드러웠어요.

분위기도 좋고 조용하고 에어컨도 시원하고 싱크대 배수도 잘 안되네요. 헤어드라이어는 제공되지 않습니다. 침대는 편안합니다.

105호실에 묵었는데, 스위트룸이었지만 방이 사진과 달랐습니다. 청결이 끔찍했습니다. 침대시트와 베개가 냄새가 났습니다. 개미와 모기가 많아서 방에서 곤충을 죽였습니다. 화장실은 더 심했고, 옷장을 열어둘 수 없어서 옷장 뚜껑을 테이프로 붙여야 했고, 샤워실에는 살아있는 벌레가 있었습니다. 방음이 끔찍해서 바깥의 모든 소리가 들렸고, 옆방의 TV 소리도 들렸습니다. 세탁용 비닐봉지를 요청했는데 두 번이나 전화했지만 오지 않았습니다. 12시 15분에 체크아웃했는데 너무 늦었다고 하고 20RM을 청구했습니다. 다시는 가지 않을 겁니다.

The picture same as what they promote, standard size room. The lobby is nice. Only have stairs. They have toilet for special needs people in the first floor too. The bathroom is spacious. The floor a bit slippery inside the room and toilet.

I stayed here for medical treatment. The room is not very airy as it is a classic hotel with wooden floors. But the price is reasonable, and the well-preserved heritage atmosphere is a plus. The location is close to the food court. And of course many interesting coffee shops around the hotel to spend the rest of the day tired.

This hotel is so beautiful, the service so excellent, Miss Sue is so friendly, helpful, Thankyou so much Miss Sue and team for the hospitality, if I have a chance to come back to apenang, I definitely will be back to here.

깨끗한 호텔, 친절한 직원. 리셉션 홀에는 항상 시원한 에어컨과 좋은 Wi-Fi가 제공됩니다. 호텔에서 명소와 식당까지 매우 가깝고 편리합니다.

Bad facilities, non soundproof, noisy.

Staff are friendly. Simple stay but cleanliness can be improved. Location is ideal within Georgetown, easy to navigate around Penang.

Price was okay, but the room was not clean and dusty. Also, we found a cockroach inside the bathroom. Not sure how the housekeeping cleaned it, even when we checked in, we found a plastic bag (not sure what was inside), which could be someone who stayed before us left it there. It would be better if they can improve on the cleanliness.

We are checking on 5 pm but the reception don't know the room is unclean 😰
