어머니께서 퇴원하실 때까지 혼자 머물 예정입니다. 호텔 직원분들은 친절했고, 호텔이 넓지는 않지만 혼자 여행하기에는 괜찮습니다.

출장에 편리한 숙소입니다. 공간/시설: 기본적인 편의시설이 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 가격: 비교적 합리적입니다. 위치: 매우 편리하며, 주변에 맛집이 많고 교통도 편리합니다.

바퀴벌레가 가끔 보이긴 하지만, 그게 유일한 단점이에요. 전반적으로 묵기 좋은 호텔입니다.

전반적으로 이 호텔은 편안했습니다. 에어컨이 차가웠습니다. 객실 청결도도 괜찮았습니다. 직원들이 친절하고 대응도 빨랐습니다. 각 객실의 수돗물을 병으로 바꾸는 것에 대해 추가/고민이 필요할 것 같습니다. 위생에 민감한 사람들이 있을 수 있으니까요. 또한 일부 직원에게는 주의가 필요할 것 같습니다. 일부 직원이 객실에 들어가기 전에 바닥에서 담배를 피우는 것을 봤는데, 흡연실이 아닌데도 방에 담배 냄새가 났습니다.

friendly and helpful staff, the bathroom quite small and they have multinational plugs which is very useful, the room worth the price if you walk about 700m you will find many shop and restaurant

SO Hotel memang memuaskan. Kalau datang ke Penang saya suggest pilih SO Hotel.

Kamarnya bersih, pelayanannya ramah, dekat tempat makan, untuk liburan keluarga oke lah.

Pro: budget hotel, clean, friendly staff. Cons: no lift to go the reception. Not suitable for old traveler.

It's actually ok for a budget hotel, which should have been high lighted when someone does a booking. The other reviews were misleading too.

I had a great time in SO Hotel. My friends complimented me by saying that I made a good choice by selecting this hotel. We had some minor issue after we left the hotel but the owner was so helpful and kind throughout the whole time. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends next time :)

No kettles provided.. Needed to go out to get hot water.. But will give 4 star for the hotel receptionist.. So friendly and helpful.

Awesome stay because the receptionist is very friendly. 2nd I have given a chance to choose my pillow. Once in the room the housekeeper delivered 2 pillows, air conditioner remote control & tv remote control. 3rd I got a chance to choose my shampoo & body shower. So many brand for me to choose. I will recommend my friends to this hotel.

Hotelnya bagus, pelayannya oke.

Saya di sana selama 4 hari di family room. Pegawai semua baru menurut sang owner. Alhasil semua pegawai sangat bodoh dan tidak berpengalaman. Room saya tidak pernah di bersihkan. Padahal sudah saya suruh dari malam dan di kamar pun saya gantung tulisan. Ac bocor hanya di kasih kain di lantai saja. Saya ngotot pindah room mereka bilang full. Setelah saya marah dan mengancam akan pindah hotel dan minta uang kembali. Baru mereka kasih saya room baru dan ternyata ada.

Great. Comfortable. But a little bit noisy. We can hear when people in the other room are talking. And when the people in the other room flush their toilet, we can hear the flowing water sound very loud.

the staffs are great. budget hotel but comfy room. recommended to stay.
