꽤 넓은 방이고 깨끗하기도 합니다. 욕실도 넓고 깨끗하며 강력한 물내림 기능과 따뜻한 샤워 시설이 있습니다. 방은 약간 구식처럼 보일 수 있습니다.

Aircond sejuk✅ Cuma tiba-tiba ada lipas 4 ekor dalam bilik. Harap pihak hotel peka akan hal ini.

一切还好。我们共入住两晚，这是一家设在较老久的建筑物的酒店。位置非常理想，步行五分钟就可以到达闹市。柜台工作人员非常殷勤。我尝试在晚上使用酒店所提供的停车场，由于个人技术不佳，旋转式的楼层令我无法适应把车子开去三楼的停车场。停在公共车位需要缴费的情况，柜台让保安人员为我准备了公共泊车缴费单（两个小时两令吉），这也让我离开当天的早上可以睡足，否则得早起去买泊车单呢！谢谢啦……

Spacious rooms, car park at level 3, attached with shopping mall, nearby tourist attractions, old hotel, good food.

Strategic, got upgrade from 2single to 1king bed, toilet got bathtub. But the bad one is got fridge but only for display ke? Cannot use. Breakfast don't have much variety.

WiFi buruk. turis di cash 10 rm/kamar makanan tidak enak juga.

Friendly staff and the room is very comfortable.

firstly they want to change my room to double single but I refuse because I paid for deluxe queen. so they give me the room as I paid for it. aircond not so cold. feel warm. already inform to the hotel but they sad the temperature cannot change because the aircond are centrelized system. cannot sleep well. have to take a bath for a few times to get cold. to the hotel management please change our malaysia 's and sarawak's flag at your hotel. already old, torn and dirty. overall I was satisfied with the services of hotel's workers.

Iron tidak disediakan. Tidak berbaloi dengan harga. Air tidak kuat.

Nice facilities and will come back again.. The breakfast nice and many choice. Front office friendly and sweet smile all of them. Make up room service very clean and nearby find local food.

Check in counter staff not friendly. Then when I call housekeeping staff for iron, they gave bad reply but they still send the iron to my room. The breakfast food always the same everyday & the choices limited.
