제가 머무는 동안, 숙박 시설은 꽤 만족스럽고 주변 환경은 쾌적했습니다. 레스토랑, 바, 식료품점, 마사지 팔러 등 대부분의 관심 지점이 도보 거리에 편리하게 위치해 있습니다. 객실은 잘 관리되었고, 직원들은 뛰어난 서비스를 제공했습니다. 아침 식사는 맛있었고, 매일 하이 티도 제공합니다. 이 시설을 강력히 추천합니다.

The vibe of this hotel is just so charming & peaceful. The furnitures are beautiful & unique, the artworks tasteful, the staff attentive & wonderful. We love absolutely everything about this place-and with its perfect location from where it 's so easy to just walk everywhere, we quite believe we've chosen the best hotel in Penang to stay. Can't wait to come back, to be honest.

so glad we chose this hotel! the decoration is a candy to the eyes. the service is really good and fast, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. they serve welcome drink and afternoon tea as well. spacious room and bathroom, with luxurious toiletries. located near to anywhere we wanted to visit in George Town.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel! Huge and comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with proper segmentation, quiet and serene courtyard, nice breakfast although I highly suggest you all to have a breakfast out there, it’s Penang after all! However, I have to point out that the service by the staffs is not up to our expectation, can be improved though.

It was a beautiful place. We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at 23 LoveLane was pleasant. We love everything that this hotel offered (the welcome drink is so fresh and we super enjoyed the ambience during high tea that they offer everyday at 4.30 p.m). The hotel is a walking distance from attractions such as Penang's famous murals at Muntri Street and Penang Peranakan Mansion. Oh and the hotel staffs were very helpful!
